My 3rd one since the 80s. This is by far the most versatile grill you can buy. Smoking, searing, baking, etc., it can do it. There are also tons of accessories, whether made by Weber or 3rd parties. If you can only have one grill, make it this one.

Purchased this to replace a standard Kettle Grill that was about 20 years old. Wanted the extras of a thermometer and the One-Touch ash catcher for easier cleanup. Was not disappointed and wish that I had purchased one sooner.

On about my 5th Weber, all 22'' charcoal. This one is for my son, mine are basic model. Just threw away 30+ year old one that was outside by ocean, replaced grates couple times but lasted a long time. Rebuilt one I bought 12 years ago for my nephew when he bought a house - new grates and ash scraper, kettle was good as new ( well maybe a little grungy but cleanable!)

I bought a Weber expecting better quality. On my first use, I noticed the bottom air adjustments not alleging fully with the slots in the kettle. On my second use I noticed how thin the paint/ enamel coating is when I started seeing scratches through the holes of the top air adjustment. I'm not sure if there is any difference in the quality of the hardware or paint in the Weber master touch series, but the plastic tab on the top air handler would be a nice to have.

I have not charcoal grilled in maybe 25 years. My friend and neighbor Tim is a Weber charcoal advocate and I finally became jealous enough to start doing it myself. Holy cow has Weber gotten even better over time. The ash collector underneath is nothing short of amazing. The porcelain coating makes me think this will last forever. The grates are a breeze to clean. Read the tips and follow them on the website. The lid holder and handles for hanging the grill are an amazing engineering delight. I think my pellet and NG grill are going to lonely for the next few years.

I love this grill. I had a smaller one, so I upgraded. Its bigger and I love cooking on it. it cooks really well. I am thinking on frying a Turkey on it for Thanksgiving.

I've had several bbqs' in my life, but I always come back to the Weber grill. Years ago, I had a Weber grill that I used a lot. Unfortunately I burned out the bell. I took photos of it and sent them off to your company. Weber sent me a new bell. Did not return my photos or my letter, yet there was no charge. Weber stands behind their grills. This was probably 40 yrs ago. Thanks Weber.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
