Grill Everything to Perfection with WEBER CONNECT Smart Technology
No one likes playing guessing games on the grill, and with the Weber GENESIS SPX-435 propane gas smart grill, you no longer have to! Integrated WEBER CONNECT smart technology provides real-time temperature alerts, reminders, and flip and serve notifications right at the grill or straight to your smartphone, keeping you dialed into your cook from anywhere. The result? Perfectly grilled food and satisfied friends and family every time, with no hassle or uncertainty along the way. In short, WEBER CONNECT is your secret ingredient for the best BBQs on the block, and a big reason why this model stands as one of the biggest grilling innovations in decades.
Integrated Lights, a Side Burner, & 4 High-Performance Main Burners
This top-of-the-line GENESIS grill has all the bells and whistles, or should we say lights and burners. A pair of integrated, motion-sensing LED lights in the lid handle illuminates the entire grill surface and side tables when activated, ensuring nighttime never runs you off the grill; remote control knob lights, meanwhile, enhance visibility in the dark and add a modern aesthetic. As for the burners, the Weber GENESIS SPX-435 smart grill includes a handy side burner for sauteing veggies, boiling sides, or heating up sauces while the main grilling area takes care of the heavy lifting. Those 4 main burners feature a proprietary, ported design to produce the most efficient and even flame for consistently precise heat and reliable ignition.
Upgraded Sear Zone, Prep & Serve Table, & More
Bigger and better in all the right places, the Weber GENESIS SPX-435 propane grill provides more usable space than ever. Your eye will likely be drawn to the extra-large sear zone, which also received an increase in BTUs to reach the next level of delicious caramelization for the whole party. The right-hand side table is similarly sized up, with enough space for multiple cutting boards or serving trays; this extra-large prep & serve table makes it easier than ever to create entire meals without having to leave the backyard. To help you accomplish that with even greater ease, the Weber GENESIS SPX-435 propane gas smart grill trades the usual warming rack for an expandable top cooking grate that functions as a secondary grilling surface when fully folded out. Oh, and the grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS SPX-435 smart propane grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! And with the Weber GENESIS SPX-435 propane gas smart grill, you are already one step closer to the full backyard culinary experience thanks to the frame kit being built in (though the grillware itself is sold separately). This grill also includes a storage locker to keep your WEBER CRAFTED accessories, as well as certain large grilling tools, safe from the elements and close at hand.

Customer Reviews
Had a genesis for 26 years from 2001. This one should last just as long.
After almost 30 years, I finally upgraded from my previous Genesis to the new Genesis E-435. This grill is by far the best grill I've ever had. Living in Alaska, we are prone to losing power during storms and I can always count on my Weber grill with the side burner. I believe this is the last grill I will ever own. Thanks for building such a wonderful, heavy duty tool for those of us who really enjoy grilling.
Pros: The packaging is beyond adequate. Someone spent a lot of time on it. Plenty of grill area, I can smoke briskets and pork roasts with room for smoke boxes and water trays Holds constant temperature during long smokes (10+ hours) with very little adjustment Creates great amount of heat for searing and cooking steaks and chops Seems to actually be more efficient with propane gas, need more time to confirm but initial impression Cons: The instructions need to be interpreted as there are no words for assembly. Only messed up one time with the side burner gas line routing even after studying for several minutes. Could be clearer but is obviously do-able. The sticker on the outside indicating bottle gas level does not match the internal hanger indicator. If I have to point to sticker alignment to find a Con then overall the grill is awesome.
I use gas, charcoal and wood smokers. Recently had to replace old gas and went for the high-end Weber and it is amazing. High quality manufacturing and engineering, Thoughtful design, expansion with griddle option, obvious this was made with the serious griller in mind.
I would have gave it 5 stars but I Upgraded to this grill after having a spirit for over 10 years. Disappointed to find out I have to additionally buy a tank scale when the less expensive spirit came with it. Does not make sense with the price of this grill.

Well built even cooking great grill highly recommend!
Most versatile grill there is. Well engineered for easy assembly.
I particularly like the large grilling surface and the achievable range of temperatures that allow slow(er) cooking, including by rotisserie (an ad-on), up to high temperature very good for getting a good pizza crust. I could live without the need to turn on gas very slowly, although I understand this is a safety feature. Also, the external gas gauge is a good idea, but is stuck and won't move.
So I bought the Genesis E-435 to replace and expand my options for grilling. I normally grill anywhere between 3-5 times a week all year round. I've had it for about 2 months now and I can say that so far it is the best grill I have owned. It was easy to put together with just 1 person. It took me about an hour and half. I usually have to clean my grill roughly every two weeks. The slide out tray under the grill makes this an easy process. Now I do a little extra and I season my grill. I do so by doing an initial burn off and taking it to 450 degrees for 10 minutes the I turn the burners off and remove the grates. I spray everything down with a good coat of high smoke cooking spray while it is still hot. And then I restart the grill and take it back to 450 degrees and let it smoke then I turn it off and let it cool completely. It helps a ton when it comes time to clean. I can scrape everything into the drip tray and then just dump the tray. After my cleanings I repeat the seasoning process. It is by far the easiest grill to clean that I have owned. The grill cooks evenly across the entire surface. The searing side is a blessing and it makes getting diamonds so much easier and faster. The storage cabinet on the left side is great for storing the grates or miscellaneous extras. I just wish it was big enough to store the full size griddle plate in the carrying bag. I would like to see Weber come out with a silicone mat for the right side shelf to lay grilling utensils on that way the surface of the shelf is protected.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
