I love the versatility this brings to my grill! I have a cast-iron wok that I purchased for my old Weber kettle grill and now I can use it on my Genesis! The pizza stone and the searing grate are on my Christmas list!

We bought a new Weber Grill at a local dealer. I was very excited for my husband to have a new grill and strongly encouraged him to make the purchase. We also purchased the pizza stone, only to find out, just as we are about to start making pizza with the kids, that we needed the frame kit along with the $100 pizza stone, even though we had asked specifically when we purchased the grill if we needed ANYTHING ELSE. I looked online and had a hard time determining IF we needed a frame kit for our exact grill and if we did, WHICH grill plate we needed. So, we skedaddled out to the place we bought the grill to get the grill frame. The staff there also initially couldn't figure out if we even NEEDED the grill frame, then they couldn't figure out WHICH grill frame we needed Once they did, they did not have it in stock. Then, we went to a second place that proceeded to sell us the WRONG frame kit. After an hour and a half of running around, getting the WRONG grill grate and we ended up using our own oven pizza stone instead. My point here is that Weber is not getting the point across in a clear enough manner that ALL the cool accessories require the frame kit. We stopped at another place today, the person helping us said they were their "grill expert" and even he was essentially clueless about the frame kit. Somehow, Weber needs to inform their vendors that the frame kit is essential for all grills. Because of this experience, we returned the incorrect frame kit and the pizza stone and are now planning to just use our own pizza stone and we are going to skip purchasing any accessories. I am disappointed in what became a negative experience with Weber because our family LOVES to make pizzas and we were excited to try them on our brand new grill. The store where we bought our grill was AWESOME. Their display was excellent, their customer service was great. We were planning on purchasing at least three accessories, our kids had a plan for Father's Day that included gifts of accessories. Thei store's lack of knowledge was entirely due to the fact that Weber is not making the necessity for this extra part clear enough and they are not providing the information about the part number in a clear enough fashion to their own vendors. To be honest, if you asked me, I would say that the frame kit should be included with the grill to encourage people to buy the AWESOME accessories. Our original plan was to buy several and now we will not be buying any.

This should just be included with the grill and have the grill accessory that fits into it come standard. It's obnoxious to switch between the grill grate and this to put in different plates.

Looks good and fits perfect. I did modify 3 old flavorizer bars to allow my wok to sit lower. Time will tell but the good thing is I can keep the smoke and grease out of the kitchen for at least 6 months a year.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
