Pros: I love it! It's helped me fall in love with grilling again. Everything is straight forward to use and there is no shortage of info online to get you started. My food has come out better than ever! Cons: The legs attach via buttons you press in and then stick the leg in place and the button pops out and locks the leg. This is nice for quick disassembly if that is what your looking for but I would prefer if the legs bolted on. Knit picks: The grill rolls over EXTREMELY easy when moving it while fully assembled. To move this grill you grab the handle on the front, lift up, and roll your grill where you need it to go. The back wheels act as a pivot point so if you lift the front leg off the ground more than an inch or two it rolls forward and falls over backward. So be careful of that! Second knit pick is the legs are just thin aluminum. This isn't the most expensive grill, and the legs are no doubt strong enough to get the job done, but this isn't a cheap grill either, and it is a major name brand. I expected a little more out of the legs build quality and attachment style.

Bought this grill as an upgrade from a smaller 18" kettle. Overall, I'm glad I upgraded and I'd buy this again. My one complaint about this grill is the GBS grate because it's hard to move around due to the hole in the middle of it. Nevertheless, I've replaced the GBS grate with a standard, hinged gate and all is good.

I started with my first weber kettle back in 2007. I bought a One-gold in green. I have loved that grill to death. Thanks to some shipping issues when I got it plus moving a couple times and a whole bunch of BBQing and grilling the holes at the bottom are rusting out and it doesn't extinguish the coals like it used to. I decided to get this "premium" grill but it doesn't seem to be premium. The metal is thinner than my previous and as such either the bowl or the lid is out of round and doesn't close right. Whether that's a manufacturing tolerance issue or a shipping issue it's hard to tell (box is fine) but a thicker metal might have stayed round better. I'm concerned my reason for buying it (so that when I close the holes the fire goes out) may be hindered as a result of the lid and bowl not fitting together properly. Add to that the grill grate doesn't fit in the bowl quite right. And the last little "new normal" that doesn't work for me is that it only has one handle. I store my grill in a storage spot that has rough ground that makes rolling difficult. I would lift it in order to get it in there using both handle. Now I'm not sure how i'm going to do that. Add to that the second handle is where I hang my charcoal tongs so that's another low. All in all this will be my last Weber kettle and that's not because I think this thing is going to last. Quite to the contrary. I feel this new one won't stand up to the heavy use as well as the one I bought in 2007 did.

Another quality product from Weber, I've had several Weber products and fortunately for the consumers, their standard of quality has not decreased. Hard to find these days.

This grill has replaced my 40 year old 22" kettle and I love it! I especially like the built-in lid holder, the removable center piece on the grate, and the ash bucket. All of these are big improvements.

Quality product, easy to set up, makes grilling a pleasure and priced right. Replaced a less expensive unit that rusted in 3 months even with cleaning and lubing.

Can't say enough good things about the Weber kettle grill. It takes the place of a lot of other cookers, it sears, smokes, fast cooks or slow cooks, well built and so on.

So far so good. I am still learning the ins and outs of grilling but I decided to step up to the Weber from my generic kettle grill. As I said, I am a novice griller and I had never gotten grill marks until I used the Weber. I looked forward to smoking meats and fish using the baskets for indirect heat.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
