After using gas for years, I decided to go back to charcoal. I purchased both a Weber smoker and this grill. Both got lots of use this summer and made a lot of people happy. The grill is easy to start, use, and clean. And charcoal definitely kicks the flavor up a notch. I should have made the switch a long time ago.

I've used Weber kettles for over 30 years. This is my third one. Not sure what the difference is between this one and the last one but it seems thinner and has a tinnier sound when you close the lid. I am having trouble controlling the temperature. It runs hot.

After years of cooking on a Weber gas grill I realized I was missing the flavor of charcoal and wood so I decided to switch back. Best decision I have made , the versatile cooking options makes grilling easy and fun . I would highly recommend the Weber Master Touch to anyone.

There is no substitute for the flavor of chicken grilled on indirect heat with a handful of hickory chips. No, this kettle grill does not instantly light as a gas grill, but with gas, I might as well use the broiler. The thermometer is accurate. I control the temperature by opening and closing vents. The grates clean easily. While in the Army, I shipped the Weber Premium Charcoal Grill to Germany and Italy, and bought several for European friends over my years overseas.

I grew up watching my dad grill on his Weber kettle, so when it came time to buy a new grill for myself, the Weber kettle immediately came to mind. Once I found out that you can easily smoke low and slow as well as do hot and fast cooks, it was a done deal. I don't think you can find anything out there on the market that is as versatile at this price point (or any other for that matter).

I bought a Master Touch earlier this year, I had an issue where the plastic damper knob melted on the first use and I could not move the damper. After discussing this, Weber replaced the lid free of charge!

I have had several kettle grills from weber over the years and have let them get away during different moves. After getting a pellet grill for the convenience, I realized they`re not so convenient and the flavor is not anywhere close to what you get from Charcoal and the Weber Kettle. I have had better grilling, smoking and reverse searing from my new Weber Kettle grill than from my pellet grill and my stick burner which I`m selling. The Weber kettle is more conveniently sized, easier to clean out than the pellet smoker and provides a better smoking, grilling and searing experience than any other out door cooking device I`ve used.

I have used Weber grills since the early 1980's. I have always loved the quality of the grills and the functioning. I had purchased a different model of Weber grill several months ago and wasn't as pleased with that particular model as compared to other Weber grills I've had in the past. Weber customer service reached out to me concerning this and offered a way for me to exchange for a model I was more accustomed to. I've never had any doubt about the great grills they offer but I've found their superior customer service behind the product. I am very pleased with Weber.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
