Hard to make a fair assessment, I've only use it twice and was happy with results. Happy with packaging, everything was in perfect condition. Was a little unhappy to find out the grills are actually made in China now.

My third Weber and it's my favorite so far. First kettle lasted forever then had a small version which after many years I gave away. This one has many features my others did not have an it makes a difference. The color really pops too!

Great purchase. I own a variety of grills and use my Weber quite often. Used it for hot and fast cooks, as well as low and slow. Definitely worth the money! The grill travels well. Lightweight and very portable.

I wanted a charcoal grill to supplement my pellet grill. This kettle grill had two features that made it a winner for me. The ash catcher was important for making its use safer. The grill also has two raisable segments that let me add more briquettes or wood chunks easily.

I was so happy with the price that I did not look closely enough and realize that there is only one handle on the grill body!! Not happy happy about that at all!! The ash pan system is awful! Most difficult thing I have ever encountered! Cooks fine.

It is much easier for me to use this one than the lower line models. It is taller, more sturdy, and has all of the options that I want--STANDARD! And charcoal ash clean up is a breeze with the combination vent and sweeper, and the ash catcher. This is going to be getting a lot of use this fall and winter with all of the holidays--and weekends!

It cooks perfectly fine, but the build quality of this grill is abysmally low. In only a summer of ownership, I had the main drag handle fail on one side due to a poor weld. I contacted their support team about this and then a game was played where the support member I was speaking to tried to deny my warranty because the handle broke when I was moving it. I had to defend myself in an email and argue this was a manufacturing defect and after that I was given a replacement bowl. The piece that failed was the spot weld where the main handle connects to the bowl. The paint flaked from normal cooking heat cycles and exposed the small spot weld to rust apart. I also discovered during the replacement of my bowl (my wife built this for me originally) the top bowl handle does not bolt and nut together, causing looseness that can't be repaired. It's a 1/4-20 thread with a stamped piece of metal meant to act like a nut pushed down into the threads. 1/4-20 nuts are so cheap it's ridiculous. Overall my experience with this grill was great until I had a problem, now when I think of Weber I think of an American grill company that sold out and cheapened their product.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
