The Weber 22" Master Touch charcoal grill performs great. The temperature gauge, rack to hold top, airflow controls all work great. The porcelain coating cleans easily. The leftover ashes are easy to remove. The ash container removes easily. It is a light weight grill too. A good value for this grill due too. I highly recommend this grill.

I've used this thing to grill and smoke. I prefer this over my gas grill and smoker. Cooking by charcoal is really an art form.

I decided to "upgrade" our current 18" weber to the 22" Master touch. First off, that little 18" is ten years going strong and plans to be around for many more years so we have no plans to get rid of it. I gotta tell you, the 22" Master touch is a gorgeous grill. I purchased the additional rotisserie attachment and we enjoyed one of the best prime rib roasts we've ever had on Christmas day. Can't wait to rotisserie some chickens on that. My proclivity to stick with a charcoal grill was my driving force here, as I find my hubby is much more attentive to cooking with charcoal as opposed to a gas grill, though one day we might get another one of those, and you cannot beat the taste of food cooked on a charcoal grill. The grill itself is so well made and attention to detail is appreciated. The heat guard on the handle of the lid is a nice updrade and I love the grate with the option to add on different attachments like a griddle, wok, or grilling stone. We cant wait until the weather gets a little better as we are itching to start grilling again. Hubby is particularly wanting to try some ribs done on our new Weber so I will be looking forward to that.

I got this grill for Christmas when i opened it i noticed a chip in the lid. I registered it then contacted weber and they sent me a new lid. I could not be happier with my grill and weber. Thank you

First charcoal grill. It was easy to use and set up. Made a ribeye steak and 5 lbs Roast. They both came out great.

The new design better in some ways, but I miss the back handle for wheeling control. my old premium Weber kettle rusted out at lid handle and bottom vent, can't't get damped enough. The new vent design has notches that make draft control better. Legs now get firmly attached and don't fall out when wheeling, as the old designed legs do; but one leg socket was dented in during shipping, so the ash bucket holder needed a lot of hammering to get that one distorted socket to fit. I don't think the new thermostat in lid is necessary. I'll still use the 23-year-old Weber for smoking foods with smaller fires, but it's good to have the new one, which damps down so well I can reuse unburned charcoal.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
