This is a great little grill, simple but still effective. However, I don't like the two piece grill surface that comes with it. I much prefer the older one piece style. Also the ash collection basket is a bit difficult to remove and reattach

I've owned an original kettle for the past 7 years and have loved every grill on it. It's older and a bit beat up from the elements, so I bought a new one just a bit ago. I looked around at other grills and decided I already had the best grill so I'll just refresh/upgrade what I already love! The copper color really pops! So I can put the ole reliable as a backup for when I host guests. These things can do it all, including smoking and bbq style!

This is my 3rd weber grill purchase in 30 years and it is still a quality product. This newest grill seems just as well built as my previous grills. I like the addition of the temp gauge in the lid! I won't have to drill a hole and ruin the finish adding one myself. Great 1st grill for a beginner griller or replacement for a user of many seasons. A little care will result in a grill that lasts for many years.

I have a Weber genesis and decided to purchase a charcoal grill mostly for nostalgias sake. I've used it handful of times already and the grill itself is wonderful, however, Customer Service has fallen off dramatically since I bought my genesis about seven Years ago. When I bought my genesis and unboxed it, there was a chip in the porcelain by the thermometer, and I called and spoke to someone who was extremely knowledgeable and immediately sent a replacement and he even sent me a grill cover for the inconvenience free of charge. With my master, for whatever reason, it did not come with the charcoal baskets that I had seen in every review and every Master touch assemble YouTube videos I've seen. I called and spoke to two separate people who didn't even know what a charcoal basket was and were zero help, and I finally spoke to a third person who finally had a clue and he said that yes they were in fact supposed to come with charcoal baskets, and he would send them out right away. A week later I got a single charcoal basket…. It has been very frustrating. Weber has outsourced their customer service, Which was not the case years ago.

Grill arrived with damaged legs. Getting replacement legs was very difficult and took longer than I anticipated. Partially due to Customer support and forcing you to work with a virtual agent. Once new legs arrived they did not fit as shown. So frustrated, I returned it!

Weber never disappoints! I purchased this grill because I love the taste of charcoal grilled food. I know it takes longer, but it's worth it in the end when it comes down to taste. I also used charcoal briquettes to slowly smoke some ribs. It took 6 hours for 2 racks of St Louis style ribs and the taste was fantastic! The new lid design was also helpful because I didn't have to find somewhere to lay the lid while checking on the food

The hook inside the cover is not in a good spot. Very awkward when wanting to hang it on the kettle. It should have stayed where it was originally.

I own a pellet smoker. After using the Weber kettle I prefer using the Webber. I get much better flavor from the Weber kettle barbecue

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
