This is my 3rd Weber over 44 years. I do like this latest iteration except they omitted the second handle and the handle on the lid has been shifted 90 degrees. The ash trap is better but the lid doesn't fit as well. All said, I will still buy another Weber.

The grill arrived in a promptly time. However, it was missing parts. The leg kit and wheel caps were missing. This created a problem because I had planned on taking the grill on an out of state camping trip. I contacted customer service, they were very professional, and shipped the missing parts out. Overall, the grill works great. I would recommend buying in a store instead of online.

A solid grill which was easy to set up and included several items to improve the experience such as the gourmet grill and two charcoal baskets. The size is perfect and allows the use of several cooking methods (direct and indirect heat). The companion Weber app has many tutorials, recipes and makes the learning curve much easier to navigate.

My Dad had a Webber Kettle grill when I was a kid, and I have had three in my adult life. I love them. A Webber is the perfect grill for everyday grilling. If you take care of it, it will last for years!

I have been cooking with Weber for about 30 plus years and I really enjoy Weber master touch model. I currently own about 4 different models but I always end up using master touch. It's the correct high and I have all the bells and whistles needed for the cook right on the equipment so it's very convenient. Weber customer support is also excellent and when I had issues with my kettle they took care of it right away.

This is a great grill I've been wanting one for a long time. We had one when I was a kid in the 80s. I finally got my self one and I will be using it more then my propane weber.

I bought this product in July 2023. it is my 4th Weber since 1976 (48 years) I didn't even hesitate to look at another vendor. I am so disappointed. The kettle is no longer sturdy as it is now a much thinner material. And the single most disappointing aspect is the ash catcher single stroke or whatever cleaning system. It is the cheapest design you could possibly deploy. Not only is it difficult to attach and stay on, but the air adjustments are challenging to understand - pathetic. What is wrong with simple percentage of airflow? . (see photo) The cost reducing of this product has cheapened it to being disappointing. I suggest restoring it to it previous level of quality and raise the price to do so. Again, you only get what you pay for and I did not pay for what used to be a quality product.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
