I love my new grill .I also purchased the side charcoal baskets! I can put my food in the middle of my grill with a foil pan under everything.My food comes out fantastic! I use some wood chips also . The flavor is fantastic! The grill is easy to maintain . I don't have to stand guard or fight grease flames.It's a pleasure to bar- b -que using this method!

We have been Weber charcoal grill fans for over 40 years. They are the best. Easy to cook on and consistent. Great food from steaks, vegetables and fish to smoking ribs and brisket.

Paint is already coming off the edge of this grill....I'd say it's junk if it starts falling off after 2 uses.

I love the grill and the way it cooks. The quality was disappointing, however. Two problems: 1. The sockets on the grill bottom were too small to fit the legs. It was if there was too much powder coat or weld slag or something, I called customer service, and after a rather laborious discussion (the service rep seemed new, and was reading off of one of those hokey scripts like out of country customer service reps from the phone company. Get rid of the script, train the people, and let them talk normally. Finally it was decide that Weber would send me a new kettle bottom and legs. Problem resolved after a week. 2. The lid thermometer was over 50 degrees off. (Tested with boiling water). Called, got a new one sent that is much closer to accurate. Problem solved, but charge me an extra 10 bucks for the gill and supply a reasonable thermometer. Otherwise, this is my 7th or 8th Weber, and I remain a loyal customer.

Came with a broken handle. Contacted support and they sent the wrong part twice in a row over the course of a month after ASKING ME FOR PICTURES OF THE HANDLE.

It is wonderful, legs were a pain to install, but this things cooks great. Especially when using the snake method.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
