Delivered quickly and was easy to assemble, and I am a 71 y.o. woman. It is pretty. Love the green color. I have not used it yet, but bought it because my son uses one and says it is great. His bbq is always yummy.

This is my replacement for my original weber mastertouch from 1993. The wooden handles had burnt off, a hole had finally rusted through prompting the replacement. I had rebuilt it 3 times over the years. It was my father's day present that year. A lot of memories were created with that old kettle. I used my rotisserie with that old kettle every Thanksgiving and Christmas for the holiday turkey. I needed another kettle to continue that tradition. I got my son a kettle and rotisserie many years ago and he has continued that same tradition with his family.

Grill Is awesome- everything is extremely well made except the frame for wheels. That frame is way too wobbly and insecure. The grill cooks incredible and temperature adjustment is very easy and reliable. Even though the frame for the wheels is so bad, I still absolutely love the grill.

Love the versatility and different methods of cooking. From quick sear to low and slow. Plenty of grilling surface, too. We use it at our seasonal campsite where sometimes you need to grill burgers and dogs at the same time.

It is a piece of crap right out the box had to have been a returned item. I have posted bad reviews about Weber on twitter and Facebook and everything I can think of

I really like the grill, it works great. It is the second Weber kettle grill that I own. The only thing that I don't like is the insert in the middle of the grate. When I clean the grate after cooking, it will sometimes come loose and then I have to try and reinsert it over the hot coals. I will probably have to replace the grate. The ash catcher is very well designed and works good. The blue color is eye-catching!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
