Amazing charcoal grill! Great for beginners like me. Easy to get the hang of quickly and perfect steaks every time!
Great barbeque for beginners or those who would like to elevate their bbq game. I use mine every weekend and days it gets too hot to cook in the house. For those who want to step things up, look into the vortex grilling accessory. I've smoked briskets and pork shoulders on the weber, as well as cooking beer can chicken, chicken legs and thighs indirectly that have a nice crispy skin when done.

I have found back the love for bbqing and also I am impressed by the amount of space on the grill despite it being 22in
Weber has always been the pinnacle of charcoal grills in America. In fact I always had my eyes open looking for a second hand Weber. People just don't let go of them .So when I finally decided to buy a grill for my vacation home it had to be a Weber.
I had a gas smoker, Weber Gas Grill and the Weber Kettle. I use all three depending on what I am trying cook. The smoker is great if you have a lot of ribs or chicken, the gas grill for quick burgers, brats and steaks, but I really like the kettle for prime rib roasts and whole turkeys. It is easy to setup and control the heat and the flavors that come out are great without getting to crazy with wood chips. The ability to easily add coals to the sides enables longer cooking times. The family loves the results.
We have been using Weber grills for over 40 years. Love the kettle with the ash pan to collect ashes from the charcoal. It makes for easy cleanup after several grilling events, not constantly cleaning the pan. I have made planters out of our oldest grills, an idea I got from eating at a Weber themed restaurant in Chicago. Our grills are used all year and many times a week. We have owned 4, 3 large kettles and one small for picnics. They last for years if you cover them with the Weber covers, others don't last. Weber for life.
This is my second kettle grill from Weber. The first one is over ten years old and still doing great. I bought this one because I needed more grill space. I find this one is just as well-built and sturdy as my first one.
We have a gas grill (Weber spirit) for daily use, but wanted the option to do grilling over charcoal & add a little smoke flavor to some cookouts. We looked at specialty smokers, but in the end decided the Weber kettle gives us the most flexibility in fuels & style of grilling. Never crossed my mind to look for a different brand — Weber is the stand alone favorite in my mind for an affordable grill that I know will stand up to weather and use. I like the ash collection bucket on this model — much neater than the ones where the ash drops onto the tray below. Of course you have to assemble it, but can easily be done by one person (took me about 1/2 hr). I have no regrets about this purchase and consider it a long term addition to west coast outdoor living.
I have not had this grill for a year yet and the handle gave out. Trying to make a warranty claim was the most difficult thing that I have ever done. Customer service reps were very hard to understand and did not help ….this led to what has now been a month and a half of correspondence with an un operable grill. Weber sending me piece by piece the lid Assembly as the paint was damaged when the handle broke. Here I am a month and a half later still waiting on a backordered damper for the lid after I had to call customer service four times and numerous emails as well as sending at least 30 pictures of the damage before the warranty team was responsive . I have a few Weber Grills and unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service when a warranty file is claimed I will be purchasing a different brand from here on out and I will make sure everyone knows how I was treated by the customer service warranty department.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
