The DCS 24-Inch right-hinged outdoor refrigerator is the perfect addition to your outdoor kitchen area. With 5.3 cubic feet of storage, it is capable of holding up to 154 12-oz cans. The rapid cool-down technology and precise temperature stability will help keep your favorite beverages or snacks cool. This compact refrigerator is constructed of 304 stainless steel and is UL-approved, making it ideal for outdoor use. It includes an automatic interior light and a temperature range of 34 to 60 degrees. An audible alarm indicates if the interior temperature falls outside of the proper storage parameters or if the door is left ajar. This compact refrigerator can be used in either freestanding or built-in applications.

Bought this refridgerator in March 2022, installed in May 2022, and immediately I had issues. First, the door was bent and would not seal. Not sure if this was damaged during manufacturing or installation. Fortunately, the entire door was replaced under warranty. A year later, I start to notice condensation on the inside of the refrigerator, and just assumed it was due to the door opening frequently in a very humid climate. As it continued to worsen, I notice that the seal had separated from the door facing and split. A local repair shop who had installed the door examine the split and attempted to repair it with some adhesive. This summer, I notice that the seal had separated again and the inside of the fridge had heavy condensation. I called out the local technician again and he communicated with Fischer and Paykel, and determined that the fridge was outside of warranty for a free seal replacement. The new seal would be ~$450, plus labor to install. First, for this kind of money, the durability is unacceptable. Secondly, the customer service at F&P is atrocious. Each time you call about a single issue, it's like starting a case from scratch. They don't seem to have any level of record keeping that makes it easy to call in, check on the status of a claim or parts order. It's literally like it's the first time you have ever called them, each time you call.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
