The distinct shape of the Oval Junior allows you to cook using direct or indirect heat, expanding your grilling options unlike any other kamado-style grill. This grill features easy to clean and reversible stainless steel cooking grates, as well as one of the highest sitting lids on the market which is great for cooking whole chickens. This kamado style grill is made in the USA, unlike its competition, constructed with premium grade Primo SuperCeramics, and coated with a protective, lead-free, and scratch-resistant porcelain glaze. The patented Primo Oval Junior efficiently retains and evenly distributes heat across the 210 square inches of cooking surface, perfect for maintaining a consistent temperature. Smoke meat at temperatures as low as 180 degrees Fahrenheit, or turn up the heat to more than 500 degrees Fahrenheit for searing and grilling. Use the 6-position cast aluminum chimney cap, 5-position stainless steel lower vent door, and easy to read thermometer for monitoring and keeping a precise temperature. The chimney cap also features a hood to keep out rain for all-weather grilling. Newly designed for 2021, the easy lift-and-lock hinge system keeps the lid raised in place, now requiring 70-percent less force to open than previous models. A soft-close felt gasket protects the ceramic while opening and closing the lid using the newly designed cool touch handle, now featuring integrated retaining clips to help keep the ceramic top firmly in place. The Primo Oval Junior on GO portable carrier is the largest portable ceramic grill available. Pair it with the GO Base and it becomes a two-piece cradle that offers maximum portability and at home use without the need for a grill table or cart. Warranty
All Primo ceramic parts are warrantied, to the original purchaser, by a Limited Lifetime warranty and are backed by a twenty (20) year guarantee. All metal parts (excluding cast-iron parts) are warrantied for five (5) years. All cast-iron parts, valves and knobs, and all other parts and accessories are warrantied for one (1) year. The thermometer and felt gaskets are warrantied for thirty (30) days. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any parts which, under normal use, Primo determines, after reasonable examination, to be defective. Labor is not included.

Generally, we are very pleased with our cooking with the Primo Oval Junior 200 grill and its production in the USA was a big plus for me. Our cooking has been limited to hamburgers, pork loin, and a turkey breast, but I am planning to buy the ceramic plates and a pizza stone to try cooking some meals beyond the typical hamburger/hot dog type meals. Minor Dings: It came to me with a poorly installed gasket material around the chimney vent (BBQguys was great about getting me new gasket material from the manufacturer). Given the cost of the grill, I think the manufacturer would enhance customer satisfaction by including the firebox divider as a standard feature. Another minor manufacturer ding is the absence of an easy clean-out for ash removal. The manufacturer should upgrade the unit to include a pull-out drawer for ash removal or at least include their ash tool as part of the unit. (BBQ-guys could consider the Primo ash tool as a recommended purchase for customers.)

Hi Craig. The depth dimensions listed is the overall depth of the grill. The Primo Oval Junior 200 requires an additional 10 inches of clearance behind the grill to open properly.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
