Cart that matches this is out of square. Side shelf will not hold a plate. Welding on the BBQ itself is substandard and allows grease to run out onto your patio becuase the weld seams are flawed. A complete waste of money. And yes, there are hot spots and cold spots on this grill so prepare to wreck your food if you are not careful. What a waste of money. My neighbor's Webber grill is built better and has more even heat. Well, live and learn. Unit is out of square and nothing fits properly.

Just shopping for a replacement cover and wanted to share with any prospective purchaser that this is a fabulous grill. Best BBQ and cabinet I could find when I purchased 4 year's ago and still believe that today! If you're looking for the best grill for your home this is it. Cooks great and not a speck of rust any where. It's time for its annual cleaning because we use it a lot. It wasn't cheap but i have found it worth every penny

This is my second DCS grill replacing one that served me well for 25 years and still looked new. This new 30" DCS grill maintains the same outstanding qualities of design, materials, and construction, with updated technology and styling. First of all, let me comment on assembly. The BBQ is large and heavy, comes on two pallets and I needed at least two people for the job including unpacking. Three was better. I needed good tools—wrenches and screw drivers that are strong enough for metal screws and bolts. A power driver helped. There are two sets of instructions, one for the cart and one for BBQ burner head unit. The instructions are pretty good. We read them at least twice. I had someone on the assembly team who was experienced with putting DIY products together and working with metal products. The assembly took us about two hours. Putting this BBQ together gave us an appreciation for its heavy duty quality and manufacture. Every component is heavy and very well made. Now for the fun—using the new DCS grill. It worked perfectly the first time after assembly. Every component fit together. The valves operated smoothly. The igniters were excellent sparking the burners on as the valves were turned. The burners were well calibrated and produced excellent flames. The btu output was awesome. I burned the BBQ in for a hour. It heated up quickly and held temperature steadily. Then I cooked a frozen pizza at 500 degrees on a steel griddle. Done to perfection in 7 minutes—crispy crust and sizzling toppings. The family demands more BBQ tonight. Shish kabob is on the menu. Grill came had damage but you sent me the part that was damaged so that has been resolved. But it came with no manual for the BH1-30R-N. So I still need a copy.

I am very unhappy with this purchase. The installation instructions are incomplete and complicated to follow. Several parts that come do not fit the BBQ. The side tray is not leveled, according to the instructions there is a screw that allows to level it but that screw does not exist. Also the BBQ drips grease through the sides, even though is leveled and the grease tray is correctly installed. The representative that came could not understand how that happened. It was very hard to received the assistance for this product in my region, after several and BBQ Guys help finally DCS sent someone to try to solve the problem we were having. The representative couldn't fix the installation problem by himself and realized the instructions were wrong and we are still waiting for them to send someone to fix the problem.
