Been grillin' for over 50 years, and this is my first Weber grill. Wasn't sure it could be any better then my previous grills, but it is! Impressed how quickly it gets u to grilling temperature as well as uniform heat across the entire surface. Tried cooking rib eyes, and they came out perfect. Next will be a big (4lb) London Broil. Glad to now have this new grill and looking forward to my next achievement.

Grill is good overall. Typical Weber quality and grilling ease. Temperature control is good. The only issue is the extra large hole below the propane tank. Why? Don't need critters setting up house in my grill.

The grill should allow an optional tank mount that would avoid having to lift the tank. It's not that important to weight the tank. When you older you cannot lift the tank at that angle.

The ONLY thing I don't like about this grill is how the knobs are configured for regulating the amount of heat. This is so different from my previous 11 yr old Weber (that was still functional BTW in our salty air climate when I got this new one as a BDay present) that I still have not gotten used to where to set the darn things. The grill came assembled and was ready to use within minutes after I attached it to our home underground propane gas line. Would recommend from my experience so far.

Excellent quality grill. Easy to get started and liked the weight system to determine amount of propane remaining. Noticed the grill takes a while to heat at maximum. Wish it could be hotter at maximum temperature.

Love my Spirit E-330. It's replacing an ancient Spirit 315. I haven't used the side burner yet but I'm thrilled to have it. I missed it on the last one... and my aunt is coming for lobster next week. As always getting to know new grills there is a learning curve but the 330 so far appears to be stable, even heat. Much better burners than most grills I've used. There is actually a low setting. I don't feel like I'm always on sear. It did an amazing job on 10lbs of chicken wings that would have given my old grill problems. Burgers, chicken, chops... all have come out great. This is exactly what I was hoping for.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
