Long time Weber grill owner and regular user. Bought this grill instead of a Genesis because the price has gone up so much. Works fine, but a little bit light on metal content. For the price I was expecting something more substantial. The control knobs are terrible. In low light, it is very difficult to tell where they are set since there is no marking other than raised hash lines.

So far it is good. I had a previous Weber for over 20 years so that kind of longevity is really what made me come back. I went with a smaller model this time but it has more features and it serves my purpose very well.

I love Weber grills. Over the past 40 years we have had both charcoal and gas grills. We highly recommend them to all our friends and family. You can always buy other grills but no other grill offers the warranty and product line like Weber!

Love my new grill. The SP-335 replaced my old Weber Spirit, which still worked after 18 years. I just wanted a new model with a searing station and side burner. The searing station works great and the stainless steel grates make nice sear marks on the meat and seem like they are easier to clean. I had a small issue with a kinked propane hose out of the box but Weber took care of it quickly and easily.

With only one layer of flavorizer bars, I'm getting much increased flare ups compared to my prior Weber grills. I can't understand why they removed them.....cost I'm sure....certainly it wasn't about performance. I'm very disappointed.

Replaced a 18 year old Weber Spirit with this grill. This grill has given me fantastic results. Love the searing station. Best steaks I have had in years. Like the stainless grates so far. Put together myself in about an hour. Great unit for the price. Love the Weber grills.

Love everything about the grill. Weber is worth the money! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the side tables on the grill have sharp edges/corners which cut our new grill cover. Weber replaced the cover at no cost which was wonderful. We reinforced our new grill cover with denim patches to protect it from tearing. So far so good!

Before grilling, please allow 15-20 minutes to allow the grill to preheat with all the main burners on high and the lid closed. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
