A very solid and good looking grille. Our one suggestion so far would be to make it easier to tell what the settings are on the gas control knobs. They are chrome-shiny, and you cannot easily see how they're set either in bright sunlight or in low lighting. That, combined with the fact that you must push them in so that you can rotate them (even for turning the gas off) means that it is too easy to unknowingly leave the gas on. Perhaps your support people can suggest a type of long-lasting paint or tape that we could apply to the knobs such that when this marking is in the "Up" position, we would know that the gas is turned off. Or if you ever come up with a better knob design, you could make such knobs available to existing owners as an upgrade. Would be much appreciated. Knobs version 2.0!

The grill is excellent but wish a cover was included. I had a hard time finding the right side and some were out of stock.

My new Weber Spirit gas grill is fantastic. Even heating throughout the cooking area. The searing feature works amazingly. The assembly was straight forward and the material used in the barbecue feels like quality material. It's a great grill.

The back of the grill is open for all of the outdoor elements to blow into. Should be enclosed.

Assembly is rather straightforward if you follow the assy booklet.I couldn't find the rear panel until I figured it was a lot smaller than shown in the assy booklet,the rear of the BBQ is open on 2/3 of it's surface. The stainless steel used is of a low quality, I had rust spots show up on the right shelf within a few days of service, I tested with a magnet and in stuck to the s/s. There is a lot of heat escaping the front left and right hand corners of the cover, there are blue hot spots on the side shelves. After 20 minutes the inner 1/3 of the shelves are extremely hot.The cooking part is of good quality and works well.The cover that's included in the box is a nice touch.

We've had a Weber grill for about 40 yrs or more. Our last grill was a Genesis which we loved. We only switched to this as it's stainless steel and didn't like the flaking of the hood's interior on the Genesis. Trying to get used to the cooking on this grill; hence the middle of the line rating.

Hi Dan. The Weber Spirit SP-335 has a stainless steel hood, stainless steel cooking grids, and stainless steel flavorizer bars. It is a Special Edition grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
