We bought our Weber Spirit SP-335 a couple of weeks ago and have used it several times. I love the stainless-steel grates and the Searing Station is perfect for searing steaks and other foods. Our Spirit has plenty of room for the grilling we do, and the three burners keep the grill sufficiently hot. The Weber quality is obvious, and we're thrilled with our purchase.

Unfortunately there is a part missing/not the right part and I haven't had a chance to even use the grill even though i've had it for 2 months. First call in, customer service gave me a hassle about my receipt, then told me the part is actually the right part but for a newer model, but should work? So after hanging up, realize the part is in fact not compatible with my grill model. Call back a day later and they order the part immediately, 7-10 business days wait. Day 9 I call back in because I received no communication the whole time about the delivery… Come to find out the part is out of stock and "I should have been notified when it was ordered". New case created and i'll have to "wait until they get to the case and they will call you". Terrible experience so far - I hope the grill is worth it.

I've owned several Weber Genesis grills over the last 30+ years. I've never owned anything but Weber and would never change. I recently purchased the Spirit SP-335 for another home with a smaller deck space. It's just as good as the Genesis... just a little smaller... a "mini me". It still has the three main burners and the sear station burner and fits perfectly on our deck. This one also has a side burner... which is a very nice add. Another great product from Weber!

Great gas grill! We've been buying Weber products since the 1980s. Started out with charcoal grills and moved on to their LP gas grills. Just the right size for small get togethers. Easy to use. Good flame distribution. Sear function works well. Love the stainless grates. Haven't used the side burner yet, but it turns on easily and has a good flame,

I really like the grill, I still need to get familiar with it but I'm confident it'll do the job right. Alot of good things on this grill. I'll just mention where it could be improved, but remeber I still think it's a great grill. - Assembly, the steps where we need to pass the wiring is a bit confusiing, the pictures in the instruction aren't clear enough. - The upper grill, I didn't notice it was that small when I ordered and selected the grill, we can't put much stuff up there. - The wheels, very difficult to access the lock on the wheels when we need to moe the grill. Can't use my feet, I need to get down and lock or unlock manualy. - The stainless changed color and faded right after the first cooking. Maybe it's normal but I wasn't expecting it. - The thing to give us the gas level is pretty useless. It's like an old weight thing with a spring. - The shelves and lining of the shelves are a bit thin and not that solid. There's not real good spot to move the grill around and especialy if you need to lift it, be vert carefull. That's all folks !

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
