Came with knobs missing, flavor bars bent, light weight tin cabinet. Tried for several days to get remedy, but had to wait 30 minutes. Never did get a resolution. This is my second purchase. You'd think I would learn.

I bought the SP-335 since I wanted the sear option, the extra burner to crank up the heat does not dissapoint. Overall I have had zero issues and I do like the flavor bars and how they helps control greese flare-ups.
I followed the instructions and ignited all burners to perform the initial 20 minute burn off. Set a timer and came out to find the grill smoking out the front and the front panel behind the knobs starting to bubble and melt. Just purchased and this was the first time using the grill and it gave off a terrible chemical burning smell. I want to try it again today and the same thing happened. I believe the powder coating or whatever process is used on the black stuff wasn't done correctly on my grill. I just want to get it replaced so I can grill on my brand new purchase.

I had decided to upgrade from a Q Weber and am glad I went up to the Spirit SP-335. My favorite feature is the stainless steel grates. There are two grates which are light in weight and easy to clean in my kitchen sink. I rotate the grates for even wear.
I purchased one Weber grill (assebled) when I got home the ignitor did not work and the drip pan was bent and did not fit properly. I returned that grill and "upgraded" to a Spirit grill. 2 weeks in and the center knob fell off and the grill will not reach a temp over 350 degrees consistently. First time going with a Weber grill and it has not been a positive experience!

This grill has worked very well and was a good purchase, however, I had to purchase a new adapter hose as the one that came with the grill was not long enough to reach the propane canister after it was mounted on the grill. It is very disappointing to be required to purchase another adapter hose after spending a significant amount on a grill. Only other drawback is that it is difficult to know where the knobs for the burners are pointing since the only figure on them is a grill. It heats up very quickly and the thermometer helps in keeping the temperature consistent.

Excellent quality, stainless steel, cooks evenly and accurately, wish I had bought years ago!
Really nice, smaller grill. We had the bigger model but got this after downsizing. Works perfect - like a Weber!
My first gas grill and couldn't be happier! Very user friendly.
The first thing I noticed about this grill is that it warmed up so much faster than my old, larger, Weber 4 burner grill I left with the house we just sold. It would take nearly 15 minutes for the larger grill to reach 600 degrees...this grill takes about 4 minutes with just two burners and the sear burner. Granted outside temps can affect the warm up time-Wisconsin vs. Florida. I like the three burners option, although the two of us only use the two burners for now. I am sure the third burner will be used soon, and so will the side burner. Also, having two side platforms for plates and such, is another benefit. And, changing out the grease catcher pan is easy too. Nice grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
