For the good: Cover fits relatively well and extends really low around the grill. For the bad: 1. Faded FAST. In less than 1 month the top is completely grey and sun-washed (Live in Virginia). 2. Not even remotely "water proof". After a light rain, took the cover off and the grill was completely wet. 3. Not the best quality fabric, nor sewing. 4. Definitely on the expensive side for the quality of the product. I am already looking to have this one replaced after owning for 4+ months. Not going to get this cover again though.

I bought the victory pellet grill and it came with a cover, but the reviews were spot on. 1 year and I had to buy another cover because the first one tore like paper. The grill is great, but get ready to buy another cover within a year.

I've never purchased a grill cover that sucked as bad as this one. It's been less than a year and it has added and worn to the point that it has started to tear. A grill cover should last at least 3 years and more like 5. Poor choice of a product to sell on BBQ Guys website.

Grill cover hood fit but degraded quickly and faded quickly Ripped down middle and unusable after 8 months. Grill covers should hold up better than that. Elements or not have had other cover to grills a flat grill for over two years sitting in same area same elements.

I purchased the Victory 35" pellet grill and cover several months ago. The grill is great, but the cover quickly faded and now has a large tear in it. My other Weber grill covers have not faded or torn.

Cheaply constructed with inferior materials. No reinforcing at wear or sharp points of pellet grill causing teas to develop. Velcro straps are worthless for securing the cover to the grill. IF you buy this product, lay padding over sharp points on grill, THEN place cover on.

I've had this cover for 2 1/2 months and the top of the cover has faded terribly. I live in Iowa, so I would think this would be able to withstand the sun from the midwest. If I lived in Florida or Arizona, I could understand, but in the midwest? Maybe it should be made of that rubber material like other grill covers rather than the current material. You may want to consider another cover before buying this one.

If you aren't extremely careful when slipping this paper maché grill cover you might just tear it in half. 3rd use of the grill cover it caught the lip of the pellet box hinge and tore. Support is replacing it but how many times will I have to do this during the grills lifespan.

I've seen this mentioned on a couple reviews in 2022 and was surprised it's still an issue. You cannot velcro the cover on both ends so it flutters around in the wind. The fits over the grill perfectly, but you can only velcro one end.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
