Disappointed with the Fyra 12 for working with a breeze. While turning the pizza with a peel it was hard to deal with flames blowing back at my hands towards the front door. Also hard to keep the temp up to optimal temps with any breeze while cooking. Not a great 1st impression unfortaneyly, and if the store would return it I would gladly try another unit and I've used this one once. The store won't do anything so I am stuck with it now
This is our first pizza oven and we wanted an "authentic" wood fired taste. This oven does not disappoint! Making pizza like a pro our first time using it and we couldn't be happier!
Best pizza oven for the price ! Heats up fast the hardest part is maintaining the temperature.
Nice to cook pizzas so fast as you do with this oven.
Sleek design, easy to set up. Looking forward to taking my gluten free pizzas to the next level.
This oven is great for the home chef and DIY enthusiast. I prefer to use mesquite or cherry wood pellets as they burn hot and keep the temp above 900 degrees for 15 minutes per hopper fill. The stone does not need to be this hot, only 850 ish to get the toppings cooked and keep the bottom from scorching. I use a sourdough pie in mine with pretty good results. A proper poolish or Bigga is really where the flavor is at by they both take much longer to proof. The oven does need to be paid attention to do maintain a consistent heat and doesn't perform quite as well when you're trying to feed 5 people in a timely manner. My only complaint is how the pellet smoke fills the oven and leaves swirling Smokey residue on my pizza when the flew is choked even the slightest bit. I typically run the oven on cooler days and not often in the summer heat, but it does rise well above 1000 degrees on a hot summer day.. the pain has started to peel near the hopper due to this. Other than that, the oven performs quite well. I have only thought about purchasing a propane variant to avoid maintaining oven and stone temps so I can make 5-10 pizzas with more consistency.
This wonderful pellet-burning oven is wonderful. It is fast, efficient, and relatively easy to clean.
Fantastic oven cooks great pizza! Also very fun to use!
I wanted to try the wood pellet oven. Negatives: oven is very small making it tough to turn the pizza, heat isn't distributed too well. Wood pellets have to be refilled every 5 minutes and it's very hot. One positive is it is easy to clean. Overall I think the price point is very high relative to quality,

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
