Absolutely brilliant tasty pizzas everytime...
It's great, trickiest bit is actually making the pizza!!
Fantastic oven so quick and easy to set up and is ready to use in about 10 -15 mins and pizzas are ready in 1 min and they taste amazing. Looks cool as well customer service second to none cannot praise them enough. Already recommended to two colleagues at work who are now purchasing for Xmas prezzies. Anyone who is thinking of getting a pizza oven this is the one to go for
Fantastic takeaway style pizza at home in under 20 mins from start to eat amazing
I had researched pizza ovens and came across this oven. After looking at various videos on how to use it I was convinced if I were to buy one this one would be it. I also researched how to make a pizza oven from bricks and that was the way I was planning to go, but my wife bought this oven for me for Christmas. Since I didn't have any appropriate table for it, I built one out of 2x2's and put a scrap piece of 20x30 granite on top. The setup of the oven was trivial and done in a few minutes. I added the pellets to the back tray with a fire starter and it lit up just as I saw in the videos. I filled the hopper with pellets and in 10 or so minutes the ceramic plate was at temp according to an infrared thermometer that I had (about 400 C). My daughter had prepared the dough according to the booklet 2 hours before and we made our first pizza on the wheel. Had to add some extra flour underneath to loosen it up. I then added more pellets to the hopper and slid in the pizza for 15 seconds, took it out, turned it, put it in again. Did this about 4 times to get the right degree of browning of the pizza crust and bottom. Took it out and it was fantastic! The crust was perfect and everything was cooked to perfection. Made two more in succession right after that and froze one of them. It is so simple to use and the pizza so good that this has been one of the best presents that I have ever gotten. I plan to have friends over and have them make their own pizzas. It is also easy to take apart and store. The only problem that I had was not with the oven, but making sure that the pizza was able to slide on the wheel, but that was easily fixed.
It was the best investment I made this year. Took it on vacation and made 30 pizzas for my family for dinner. Everyone had their own special pizzas, and we all ate to are delight .
We had a great Christmas with our family making pizzas with the oven. There's a bit of a learning curve but once you figure it out it's awesome. We found that pre cooking the crust was the key and using cornmeal on the crust before cooking. Then add your toppings and put it back into the oven. Pizzas are done in 1-2 minutes per cycle.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
