Great pizza. Easy to use. Hit for Xmas pizza dinner. Everyone got a chance to make their own. Great investment. Being vegan I no longer have to search for good vegan pizza. Yea!
Haven't had the chance to use it yet but the construction and materials are spot on! Looking forward to cooking my first pie.
Make it Hot!! have the tools to plant the pizza and turn it! never walk away! keep the pie small make many far easy to manage and and explore variety. Pellets produce ash all fuels produce soot clean as you go! Keep children away! safety first! Pizza making is an art the pie is you palette and your masterpiece!
I purchased two of the 12" pellet feed ovens this Christmas, one for my son and his wife and one for my daughter and husband. Both families loved their gifts, raving that it was the best flavored pizza ever, My son lives near to us and he packed up the oven in the handy carry bag to come over to cook us a pizza. What an absolute treat! The crust was to die for, krispy on the outside and soft in the middle. My husband thought the burnt crust was delightful. They all said it was the best gift ever.
The first two bakes made good pizza. The oven reaches about 900 degrees F in about 20-25 minutes depending on outdoor conditions. A 9 inch pizza cooks in 70 seconds. It is easy to use and I was surprised that our first pizzas turned out well. The only drawback is that when adding pellets to the hopper, water condenses on the hopper stack lid when it is open, and drops down on top of the oven. After two uses, some of the paint has "boiled away" very small spot. The short term fix is to put a cloth underneath when opening the hopper lid.
Hopper jams up and snuffs out fire. DO NOT use in windy conditions either. Should have gone for the gas/wood hybrid. When it works the pizza is great. Have to load a few pellets at a time, which makes it inefficient for large number of pizza to be made.
No determination yet, first run of pizza wasn't bad ,but could be better. The next time I make a pie I will have a little more understanding of how the process works. I will be using the oven to cook other foods like a well charred, thick juicy steak, with my veggies . Oven seems sturdy ,well built and has a certain eye appeal that I like. Hopefully with proper care and use the ooni will serve us for a long time.
Once we figured out the dough, needing to be really thin, and the right amount of toppings - it was amazing! So good!
We have used our Fyra 12 twice so far and LOVE it!!! Best pizza ever! Unfortunately our stone arrived broken, but excellent customer service had a new stone sent out right away! We are so happy with our pizza oven and plan on using it a lot!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
