I charged the unit for 2 days before the first use. I'm running 3 probs and just over 1.5 hrs it is at 70%. Even after pulling it off the charger it went from 100% to 95% in just 5 mins.

Wanted to upgrade from my iGrill mini. Overall not very satisfied given the price point. UI not very intuitive (and different app from iGrill for some reason). Won't charge all the way to 100 (gets stuck at 95 no matter how long left on charger). Won't notify my device when done, or give a warning when temp is close. No watch app (even though the cheaper version has one?!). Stick to the cheap mini it works just fine.
Device works well, but for the price I would like to see more recipes and useful features such as Apple Watch support, iPhone widgets to show cooking temps, and graphs to review cooks. I think is a great product with lots of potential, but need more work for the price.

I can pair the device to the app on my iPhone but then it gives me a message to update there software, it gets to 99%b update and then starts over and cycles it never updates.

Bought this thinking it would save all my time. Wrong. Magnetic bottom no longer strong as it was when o first got it and probs are all messed up. Temps fluctuate from 30-400!! One less input just reads 172 without anything in it. I tried a complete reset and cleaned out contacts but nope stil issues

This is a great, no frills digital thermometer!! I've done an 18 hour smoke with it and it still had a little battery left at the end. I had no issues connecting it to my Android phone or to the WiFi. I've used the programs along with just setting the target temperature and ambient temperature ranges. I highly recommend it and would buy it again.
I had Weber Connect about 6 months now and it worked great the first few times. I was pleased with the product. Then I would have to keep starting the app over again each time I checked my phone. I pair it again, reset the app and a few other trouble shooting tips suggested by the app. Then a message kept appearing telling me to update the app. So, I tried to no avail. It would reach about 22% before it just shut down all the while flashing back and forth to a screen saying something went wrong and finally said the update had failed. I went through this several times but it never updated. Not what I expected from weber at all. I purchased one of the I-models before this one and it didn't work but one time before I returned it for Connect Hub. The Hub itself seems to work fine besides the middle number on the read-out fading, but the app is nothing more than a frustration that I can do without! If the app would act right, I would definitely recommend it had it worked but not at this point. I would however be willing to try a new unit if Weber will replace it. And for the record, I've used Weber products for years and love there products but this one needs some more work.

I have a Smokefire Grill with Weber Connect and I liked it so much, I bought this Weber Connect Hub to use with my gas grill and my Weber Performer Kettle grill. However, the Smart Connect App only allows you to have 1 device. When I switch products I need to go into the app and "forget" the current device (Hub or Smokefire) and then connect to the other. It would be significantly better app if I could pair more than 1 device and then when using the app, have the choice to select which device I am using (HUb or Smokefire) and then use the app with that product. App functionality should be the same as headphones where iPhone allows me to connect to either my Airpods or my Bose, where I can only connect to 1 device at a time, but the devices are on my available device list. I am looking at adding the new Genesis grill and replacing my BBQ Galore gas grill, but when looking at the Genesis with or without Weber connect, I am leaning to buy the one without otherwise I would have a 3rd device that I would need to forget in the app - not great functionality. I would only recommend this product to a friend that has only 1 product.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
