It works well once it's up and running. First one refused to pair with my Android phone and wifi was defective. Props to Weber for sending out a new one asap. Was having same issues then decided to try to pair with friends iphone. Worked fine, updated firmware and then paired fine with my android. They should update these things at the factory before they send them out. Love the app and all the recipes on demand and unit works great. Only wish there was a wireless option for my rotisserie. Does work great though once it's good to go.

My wife loves her 3" thick filet mignon "Rare". NOT "medium rare", which is what she got before I bought the Weber connect. The first time using the Weber connect, I was shocked when it told me to remove the steak from the grill. I thought to myself it's not cooked enough it will never get up to 120°, but to my surprise after resting the five minutes. it was, exactly 120°. "Happy wife, happy life" I like that the wiper connect his Wi-Fi. Are used to cook ribs for the first time. They turned restaurant quality. I never cook without it.

I bought this Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub and after four times using it in my Weber smoker it just quit working. mI tried to recharge it and it won't take a recharge! I tried calling for assistance and because I don't have the receipt they won 't help.

This clever device makes "low & slow" barbecue an easy and enjoyable task. When the outside temperature is uncomfortable, I can easily monitor ambient and internal temperatures from indoors.

Worked great for first two times. Then the curved part of the temperature probe drooped down onto the hot grill and melted the small plastic ring around the probe/wire. Now it is no longer accurate on the timing of the cooking process or the message to flip the meat. I will now try the second supplied probe and hope that does not happen again. Another small item is that the app recipe for hamburgers only offers Well Done, not Medium Rare or anything else.

Works great. After using one time, I found out that the battery had run down and had to recharge before using it again. I don't know long the charge lasts.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
