I purchased this griddle about a month ago and I have used it several times already for a variety of preparations such as peppers and onions and sausage. I have an older Yukon 60 dual-gas burner stove that still works great! The heating plate on the bottom of the griddle evenly distributes the heat just as it is explained on the web site. This creates an evenly heated surface area for your cooking so that you can count on using the entire grill surface. I only used the medium to low heat settings on my stove just as it is recommended and get great results. Wash with warm water and soap and be sure to apply some oil (veg or Olive) before storing. Would not hesitate in recommending his product.

When I purchased this Pro Flat Top Griddle online, I half-expected a flat piece of steel with sides, but instead got a well-engineered, heavy, pre-seasoned griddle with a built-in heat diffuser that sits and stays perfectly on the Yukon grate and works well on a low flame. The handle loop is heavy duty and the little notch on the front edge of the grease channel holds an included lightweight steel frame for a disposible grease collection can you provide. This is a griddle that you can be proud of...

I have used this griddle several times and it is the bomb. Heat distributes very well. Easy clean up. Very well made. I just bought the SG 60. Can't wait to use it !

I only have cooked on this once, but exceptional product. Received, cleaned, oiled and heated. Then cooked pancakes, OMG, no sticking and they turned out beautiful and delicious!

I bought this 2 years ago to compliment my 2 burner explorer. It is used exclusively for camping and I prefer this over cooking in the travel trailer. Cooking bacon, eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns or anything else I want to throw at this griddle has been a joy to cook. It heats evenly and holds the heat well due to the thickness of the metal. I do keep it seasoned with the Camp Chef cast iron conditioner and store it in a bag while not in use.

I bought the griddle as it would provide versatility to my set up. On my last outing, I used the grill for grilling hot dogs, and used the griddle to warm up the hot dog buns. It was the test before I actually put the griddle to use with breakfast and such. Great combination and prevents my set up from being stuck to one option. Only downside to it that the griddle is quite heavy, but that adds to the durability.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
