What a great grill! It is solidly built of great materials and the finishes are A1. The folding legs and lid latch are sturdy. The heat is very good and surprising for a portable grill. I can't think of a better portable than a Napoleon and I've owned several before this. I doubt this Q285 will ever need to be replaced.

Prefect size to haul with for camping. Our camper has a direct propane line so this works perfect! Cooks evenly too! The only thing I would have done is bought the stand with it.

We've had our TravelQ for around 2 years and it continues to perform very well. We purchased the Griddle and we use it all the time. We love the compact size for traveling in our Airstream and love that it can generate so much heat. Really versatile grill for Travel.

I'm an experienced griller and have owned many brands of home and portable grills. The 285x is very powerful, can retain heat, has cast iron grids, and the stand is very very handy. I have never had such good results in a portable grill before. Totally recommend!

This is my second 285 and think they are great grills. Unfortunately when my newest arrived the leg unit was broken. I am having a hard time finding new leg attachments. I didn't want to super glue so I tossed the broken parts thinking it would be an easy order. Not so far!

Even heat across the whole grill. Gets hot enough to quick grill or low and slow. Great design for easy storage. The perfect grill for camping or tailgating.

Awesome travel grill. High quality materials and construction. Ignition works flawlessly. Get it super hot to sear steaks like a pro. Turn it down to roast chicken. So versatile and simple to use. I love this grill!

We live full-time in a 5th wheel trailer, and have tried numerous portable grill brands. The Napoleon TravelQ 285 is the best by far. Two burners allow you to have to grill zones. Takes about 10 minutes to get up to 500 degrees for a great sear. Wished the controls allowed you to take the fire down to 200 degrees. Even with that nit, it is the best in class in its niche.

Love this grill ! Have given up on charcoal, desired a quality 2 burner grill, seriously shopped around, and have had this model for 6 months, and have grilled more in 6 months than all of my life with charcoal !!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
