This is my first summer using the twin eagles pellet grill and there are a couple of flaws that should not be an issue for the kind of money we paid for this grill. The pellets are poured in through a pull out drawer in the front of the unit, they are supposed to feed into the fire pot from each side but they constantly get stuck and after about an hour you have to go in with some sort of tool and manually feed them into the fire pot. Called the company and his explanation was that the unit was new and the pellets would feed on there own once we used it for awhile. I've had many cooks and the pellets still won't drop, and if you don't manually push them in the temperature begins to drop. The second and most aggravating problem with this grill is if you live in a colder climate you cannot maintain a temperature below 350 degree's. You cannot cook low and slow. Again called the manufacturer and he said the air temperature has to be above 65 degrees in order to achieve a temperature below 350. Absolutely absurd, the only pellet grill I have used that has this problem and all this for the price of a good used car. Definitely not worth the money.

I've had this grill for about a year now and have loved the way my barbecue has come out, I've done 5-6 briskets, pork and beef ribs, pork butts and lamb legs. So far everything has come out great. I did need to get used to how it cooks, but I think that goes for all grills. I do think the price is steep, especially after the last increase. I would be hard pressed to not give the Memphis equivalent a look now. The main issue I had is the wait and customer service ( more like lack of) from twin eagles.

I had originally wanted to get another grill (starts with a M) that was a little cheaper, but hearing a lot of user complaints with the technology not accurately monitoring the temperature or even allowing the grill to operate I started to look elsewhere. The best thing about this grill is its ability to change out the normal grill plate with ceramic briquettes or a charcoal tray. This allows you to sear or get that charcoal taste without having to go ceramic or basic Weber. Front loading pellets gives you more options on where to place it which coupled with the upward vent on the back allowed me to have near a wall for maximum space. The ash waste design into two slide out drawers makes it easy to clean. That coupled with the cool down cycles finishes burning the pellets in the box which makes the next start up easy. I have to say the electronics from setting up the WiFI for mobile control and updates was straight forward and although a little confusing on the instructions - has never had to be reconnected, although I only use it really to monitor long cooks like brisket. Smoke plus mode runs the fan on high for more smoke when running pellets, but the charcoal tray with a few chips will create more smoke. Wanted to right this review as there wasn't a lot of good reviews out there probably given the price point, but has been an excellent purchase and use it 3-5 times a week year round in AZ. To date not one technical or mechanical issue except smooth grilling.

This grill works amazing. And if there is ever an issue technical support is amazing. Ignore other review, they probably did not realize you need pellets to get this pellet grill to smoke 😆

This grill does not do anything close to what it purports to do. The smoker portion does not work at all. It does not cook as advertised. Do not buy this smoker if you are wanting to smoke brisket, ribs, or anything else. Probably will be fine for grilling steaks.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
