You purchase a Webber Grill for quality and longevity. Performance is key, and on that metric this grill performs very well! We regularly use the griddle insert and love the flexibility. The open space below the grill works well for us - our last grill had doors and it was a great refuge for leaves and squirrels entering through the back. BUT… the ignition system on our grill did not last. It needed to be replaced less than a year into the grill's life. That isn't easy either. Webber has a whole set of things you need to check before the warrantee kicks in. After you pass these hurdles, you must send a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase, so be sure to keep that in a safe place. Then, once you pass the hurdles and send the receipt they review and in our case agreed to send the fix kit. We had to install. All in all the experience is off-putting even though the warrantee was honored. I just don't like spending hours to get a grill back on line from a defect. Would I buy again? Maybe as the grill is great when it works. If another issue arises, then the answer will be a definite NO.

I owned another brand for nine years. Although it was good quality, the build, solid feel, and function of the SE330 is markedly superior. I love the easier cleaning of the stainless steel grates, the weighty, sturdy feel of the lid, and the accessability of the drip tray. The included auto-off light on the handle is also a nice touch. I chose to assemble it with the help of my son instead of at the store, and the directions were easy to follow. When guests have come over, they have enjoyed helping cook on it since it works well and feels quality. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Great grill but fixed wheels are a problem. Also stainless grill racks are rusting after 18 months use. Disappointed with the rust.

Our new Genesis II SE-330 replaced our 12+ year old Genesis Gold. We had so many wonderful meals from the old grill and have already started to continue the tradition with our new grill. It's great to have side by side control of the burners rather than front to back. The quality and features are great. We also have our Smokey Joe for a change of pace. Happy grilling!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
