This is the best designed Weber grill I have owned.. and I have owned several. It's heavy duty. I didn't think the searing option was a big deal until I used it and it works great for steaks. I spent a little more to get the Special Edition with all stainless steel and it was worth it. I will enjoy this grill for years!

I bought in June 2019, my previous Weber grill lasted 15 years, I'm a fan not only of the quality of the Weber brand, but also the customer service (outstanding) and the warranty given on their products. This Genesis II S-435 LP SS 4 burners is an amazing product, the speed of cooking and the space to cook is very good, obviously because of the four burners it consumes more propane than my previous Weber grill, therefore I need to change the tanks more often which is an inconvenience, so I got two extras tanks. Another issue I have is the Stainless Steel turning yellow on the sides and the front of the grill. I clean the grill religious every time after I use it, with cleaning products recommended by Weber, and following the instructions, but still I can't remove the "yellow-grease" color changing the sleek and shiny look of my SS grill. I'm not sure if Weber can do or recommend something else regarding this matter.

My new Weber Genesis grill was the best ever Christmas gift I've received. We grill quite often (living in AZ it's year-round) and I had truly no idea how inefficient and uneven the heat was on our previous one (another brand, but high quality too). Between charcoal and gas, I've been a Weber owner for decades. Very happily so!

Grill is sturdy and heavy duty. Gets good and hot, sears steaks like it's no one's business. I had a dented hood when I unboxed it and Weber had a new one two me in about two days, so great customer service. Assembly took a little while but was fairly easy and straight forward with the app showing 3D instructions. The real test will be how long it will last in the south Texas humidity, but first impression is that it is well built and should last a long time. The SE version comes with the stainless steel grates in place of the metal doors in front which to me was a better option.

This grill is replacing my 10 year old Platinum grill that was still working, however grates were needed and I got a great deal on this one. Cooks great, heats up fast. Some advice: Read the ignite directions! My old grill I just turned on gas and fired it up. This one has a gas flow regulator and if you don't follow the directions you won't get enough gas to cook. Learned my lesson the hard way cooking a burger on first try! My fault for not reading! I thought the heavy grates would cause food to stick, but they are wonderful! This is a solid grill and with the 10 year warranty well worth the money! Buy one now, you won't need one for a long, long time! Weber products are built solid and they back their products!

We've had a Weber 4 burner at the lake for 2 years now, and even though our Weber at home was only 30 years old !, (but needed new flavorizer bars and burners but could have gotten new replacement parts) - - I thought we deserved a "treat" so we bought a new Stainless Genesis II SE330 WITH searing station. It's a WEBER !!! and we would not even consider a different gas grill.

I bought this gas grill after thinking about it for several years. I already have a Weber charcoal grill and love the flavor, but I never mastered anything other than quickly cooked items, like burgers and steaks. I will feel more comfortable entertaining with this new grill. I can't wait to try out the thermometer that links to my phone. My husband loves cooking bacon on the side burner so it doesn't smell up the house. I'm extremely happy with my Weber grills!

This was a gift for my husbands birthday. He absolutely loved it!! Very easy to order and the customer service was fantastic. The company was easy to work with as well as scheduling the delivery day for a time that worked for me. Would highly recommend!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
