purchased grill weeks ago at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Frame lacked bolts on side to attach separate burner. Still waiting on part. For the why didn't you group: NFM was low on stock and i dont have time to get a replacement; can't jury rig the grill bolts because that voids the 10 year warranty. Only bright spot was service rep, but without timely follow-up, Weber dropped the ball.

I have had this grill for one month. I enjoy it immensely. The sear station has worked out very well. I have cooked dinner on it every night for a month. It has worked fabulously ,sure glad I Purchased this grill. My old Weber grill a LX 1000 lasted 22 years. I can't say enough about this grill. Have not used the side burner yet. But I can't imagine I will have a problem. Thank you for making such a good grill with everything that I wanted in a grill. I already have gone through 2 tanks of propane. It is well broken in!

This grill deserves a five star rating, except for the two issues described here. It's design, build quality and function are excellent. The first problem I encountered was that the left burner would not ignite, all the others worked great. I confirmed that there was adequate gas flow and that the battery was in good shape. I then called customer service, but couldn't get through to an agent. I then sent my question by email, as suggested in the phone message, and received confirmation that Weber received my email. Never heard from them. ... I decided to work the problem myself and eventually discovered that the left igniter was improperly mounted --- the igniter's electrode was jammed into the first burner hole. This could be the result of improper assembly at the factory or perhaps a shock to the shipment. I remounted the igniter, and everything works fine now. If not for the igniter problem and the customer service fail I would have rated the grill 5 stars. Love the heavy-duty grill bars on the SE edition!

Purchased from a local hardware store, service was great. Bbq did not have owners manual, when I went on line, the manufacturer suggests to turn the bbq on high for 15 minutes to burn off residue. While I was doing this, I found the owners manual inside the bbq under the burners on fire. Why was it there?? Left side burner does not ignite. Can't get thru to Weber, long hold times and no response to emails. Both side trays are scratched beyond repair, need to be replaced. Why is the logo sticker affixed to the cover of the side burner? Try removing it, cannot get the residue off the cover.

LOVE THE GRILL BUT HAVE A SMALL ISSUE WITH THE FAR LEFT BURNER IGNITING...TAKES ABOUT 15 SECONDS AFTER TURNING ON THE GAS...GRILL IS HOOKED UP TO HOUSE PROPANE...ALSO, YOU NEED TO PROVIDE AN INSULATED HANDLE OF SOME TYPE ON THE LID BAR...GETS VERY HOT WHEN GRILLING

So far I have only used it for high temperature grilling, and it has exceeded my high expectations. I'm going to smoke a small packer brisket in it low and slow. The Stainless Steel grates are easy to clean along with the Flavorisor Bars. I have only used the side burner for is lighting my chimney starter. It also worked flawlessly. This is the Best Gas Grill I have ever used.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
