Thus us my second Weber gas grill. First one I bought lasted 20 yrs. It was time to upgrade. So, sold the old one and bought a new one from local hardware store. Put together myself and was easy. Always had the stainless steel grates, so getting used to the coated cast. Only reason I dont give 5 stars is the tank adapter. Didn't seal totally on my tanks. Which made me have to trade them in on newer tanks. Overall ,I have 3 weber grills. 1 gas and 2 charcoal. Customer service is always pleasant.

My family grills out 4-5 times a week. We have never had a gas grill that had consistency in cooking until we got the Weber Genesis. Even heat... easy cleanup... Quality parts and accessories.

The only thing to criticize is that I bought it a month ago and the digital thermometer was not included. Now, it is. That gives a bit of bittersweet taste to my steaks.

After the installation, the Igniter is only working on the middle and sealing burners, 2 side burners can only light on manually, the Quality control is so bad. I double checked the 2 wires 1 and 3 are well connected both side

My new Genesis II E-330 is my 3rd Weber. I first started out with an old Weber Kettle to which I have become a Third Degree Black Belt in char grilling and char smoking.... I make meat candy on my Weber Kettle. My second Weber was A Spirt II 3 burner and that was a top notch little grill, with the rear perpendicular flame tube it would heat up so fast and due to its one piece stamp cook basin the heat retention was incredible. All in all a fun little grill. My Third and final Weber is my new Weber Genesis II E-330 and this is grill has taken me from an advanced outdoor cook to a Professional Outdoor Grill Master. What a beautiful appliance, with her sleek exterior and clean lines combined with the simplicity of 3 burner set up for max heat and ease of cleaning this Grill truly has taken my skills to the next level. Weber truly is at the top of the outdoor grilling food chain. Well done ladies and gentlemen, well done.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
