I am very happy with this purchase. I've been a Weber owner for quite some time. The searing station is awesome and the in-line burners are a definite improvement over the side to side version. The only setback I've found is with the lower profile of the hood. It lowers the height inside the grill for the rotisserie requiring you to remove the grates. It also limits the height of your warming rack. I used to stack corn on the cob two high and keep them warm while I finished off the meal.

Bought this grill around two months ago and couldn't be happier. I love how quickly it heats up as well as retains heat. Evenly distributes heat for a perfect grilling experience. Weber for life.

I bought this to replace my 21 year old Genesis. I had it shipped and spent 2.5 hours putting it together. I've used it at least a dozen times to grill steaks, burgers, and chicken. The 4th burner for searing worked great in getting the temp high enough to leave perfect grill marks on the steaks. Very minimal flare ups and the suggested gas settings for each type of cooking is spot on. Highly recommend as a grill that will last.

This grill is great and is well worth the money. I use the grill not only for dinnesr but also for breakfasts. The side burner adds to the variety of what you can cook. I use a skillet and also an espresso pot just like an indoor stove top. We also puurchased the rotisserie which is a very easy set up. Chicken cooks perfectly and if you really want to celebrate get a bone in rib eye and set it up for a twirl. The temperature range on the grill cooks food to perfection.

This is my first Weber grill and I am still amazed by the way it is built and the quality of its materials! The main body being cast iron, the thickness of the grease management funnel pan, the lid, all seems to be of very durable materials! My first BBQ was a total success; by the taste of the entire meal and by the moments shared in our patio while grilling! I am sure this will be a keeper for many years, and very happy with y investment!

We have not used it too much yet, but it heats up quickly and evenly. My only complaints are that I wish it had doors on the bottom, and it is difficult to keep the tray on the left from spotting. I am going to try the stainless steel method I use on appliances. I put it together by myself, with one small assist. I took my time and did it over a few days indoors, as it was winter and I was in no hurry. The instructions are not the best, but he phone help is great.

Had our old webber genesis for 20+ yrs and finally made the plunge on a new grill and love it ,constantly use the side burner with cast iron pan for veggies and side dishes / the new grill heats up great and cooks the main course in no time at all ,no regrets hope it last like the old one thanks !

We replaced our old genesis grill. But I think this grill is better. It heats up faster and love the way it cooks. Not so impressed with the I grill function. The probes are difficult to handle with pot holders or gloves, also not sure how long the probes are going to last. The app is also not so user friendly as it could be. I say forget the igrill.

I love this grill, perfect size. I downsized from the 6 burner summit, had it for 12 years. But for some reason sometimes the ignitor doesn't always work on the new grill

So far the grill is working perfectly. The heat is even and nice.It's super easy to clean. I'm getting used to using it and making better meals. I love the side burner for lots of heat and not scorching the pans

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
