We bought this to cook on while our kitchen was torn up for a remodel. I picked this model because of the smaller size and number of burners, plus the side burner. I wasn't sure how well I could control the temperatures on the main burners, but it does give you a wide range of control. Plus, the Weber apps are a great guide to using it until you get the feel for the temps.

MY RETIRED SPIRIT 310 WAS A GREAT GRILL. GOT HOT FAST! THIS NEW GRILL TAKES A LONG TIME TO GET HOT, AND IF I DID NOT USE THE EXTRA SEARING KNOB TO GET THE TEMP UP, I AM NOT SURE IT WOULD GET TO MY DESIRED TEMP AT ALL.

This has been the best gas grilling experience I have had. The easy of use and heavy duty quality to the entire grill is most definitly noticable on every use. The grill fire right up and heats appropriately in all the areas you intend. Putting this grill together was an AWESOME experience using their (iOS) app named "BILT". That app transformed, what in the past has been a very challenging process, in to a snap. I needed to call Weber customer service once when I could npt figure out why my Grill was not lighting up. Turns out there is a saftey ignighting feature I did not know about... The side burrner nob was turned on accidently and I did not notice it. The grill will not fire up with that burrner nob switched on apparantly. Point being, the customer service was fast and accurate. I am Weber for life user after this purchase 3 months ago. Amazing prodcut, great company. I have already recommended these grills to friends. One con would of course be the price. These are not inexspensive grills. I will say you get what you pay for. These grills are indeed worth the higher price.

I bought this the first of the summer and have loved it! I put it together with my husband so I know this grill intimately now. It is made to last. The instructions were a little hard to follow but over all it went together without any problems. We have wanted a Weber grill for years and when we finally bought one we are kicking ourselves for not doing it sooner. This grill makes our food taste like we know what we are doing. (For the most part, we do not). The app is great in guiding us with times and temperatures; the grill does all the work. We love our grill.

I have been grilling for 40+ years on what i thought were good grills. My local hardware store is a Weber dealer and I have been looking at them for two years. I finally got tired of burning the hair off my right arm reaching in to flip something over due to very uneven heating on my old grill. The quality of a Weber grill is so worth the extra investment. It has only been a month but i am kicking myself in the butt and asking why it took so long for me to make the smartest decision in a long time. I LOVE my Genesis II 330 John L Hilton Head SC

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
