I love my Weber grill with side burner. I only wish the wheel on the back of cart swiveled like the front wheels. It would be easier to move around for cooking.
This is my first Weber grill so far so good everything I expected
I find this grill to very well built and it cooks without having the annoying flare ups from past grills. It was expensive but knowing it comes with a 10 year warranty was the deciding factor.
We are very happy with our purchase, and the way it cooks so fast.
I replaced my old Ducane which was over 20 years old. I waited for a long time to be able to buy a Weber with a side burner and cast iron grates. All models with a side burner had Stainless which is what I had on my Ducane. I liked them and they were like new after 20 years but like the searing with cast better. I wish there was one that was smaller with the same features it's only me and my wife but I do like the sear burner and I can replace the grates with Stainless if I want at a later date.
This grill heats up so quickly. Had to adjust when we start cooking
I'd put off buying a new grill. I've had to light my old one with a lighter for years, and it had gradually lost it's ability to get really good and hot. Wow. This grill gets hot fast and is easy to control (and light!). Very pleased with my purchase.
The Genesis II E-330 is a great grill. I bought it a few weeks ago. When I unpacked it, it seemed a bit daunting, but I put it together in a few hours. It's a nice looking grill, the crimson top and the stainless steel really pop. I love the searing burner. Steaks and chicken get a very good sear. It also cooks very evenly. My Weber Q300, although a nice grill I've had for several years, has hot spots. My son is going to use it for the beach. The Weber II E-330 is very easy to clean. The slide out grease tray is very convenient. The porcelain enamel grates clean very easily with a wet wireless grill brush and a grill scrubber. Done in less than 5 minutes. The side burner is big and makes boiling potatoes, warming sauces or cooking/warming beans convenient. The scale for the LP tank makes it easy to know when it needs to be replaced. 2 shelves for storing accessories is nice.
Great grill. For $1K, it should be great. The warranty is what we paid for along with stainless parts throughout. As others have pointed out, the grill doesn't get as hot as you'd like if you're searing or trying to quickly crisp and char. I've yet to get my grill beyond 625 degrees with three burners on high and the searing burner on high. It's a gas hog so I'd purchase two tanks.
Transitioned to this grill from a 6 burner BBQ Galore Turbo Elite I purchased in 2009. This model, although smaller, is a significant upgrade from the Turbo Elite and my first Weber Genesis. One of the best features is the sear zone, great for cooking steaks and burgers, will also use to crisp chicken and ribs I've smoked on my kettle or Smokey Mountain. Indirect and low temp cooking cannot be beat. On my older grill, it was difficult to cook turkey and fish burgers without crating an unpleasant crust/overooked exterior, this Weber allows me to cook to temp with drying out the burgers. During my purchase process, I the fence about the side burner, but glad I opted for this feature. It does have a learning curve as it gets very hot, but like the the ability to cook sides at the same time as other items. Product was packed well and assembly was easy using BILT app, took a couple hours by myself, but was pleased as the items lined up and went together correctly.Did have a couple of small issues, but Weber customer service took care of these without hassle. A couple of cons with the grill -The stainless steel on side table, knob control an side burner scratches very easily and is difficult to clean. It looks nice, but wish it had the same porcelain enamel surface as my Weber Performer Deluxe. -I purchased the Weber griddle insert, cooked bacon and ended up with grease dripping on grill and patio. It looks like the there is some gapping between collection point and if not properly aligned leakage will occur. -The grates along the bottom of the grill are painted but not entirely scratch resistant, once again this is a good place for porcelain enamel coating. None of the aforementioned is/was a deal breaker, I am really happy with the purchase and feel the premium price point is justified when you factor customer service support, warranty, and expected longevity of the product. As a side note, I started with the Weber Performer, added this grill, and purchased the Smokey Mountain in the span of about 2-3 months. I looked at purchasing a pellet grill, but found for roughly the same investment, the Weber products serve all my cooking needs with a much better warranty and support.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
