Real quality product. Use the sear station once and you'll never want to cook without it. The side burner will cook non-grilled food to make a complete meal. Love the grill.

Weber Genesis II is a good grill. I like the seer burner and side warming burner. The grill came pre-assembled and the cover doesn't open very well. When I open it, the cover catches on the right side of the grill base???. ALso, the seer burner ceramic igniter is broken. I've only used the grill twice. Does anyone know how to get the backend of stickers off the grill cover and the side burner cover? That doesn't look good and collects dirt. Overall we like the size and features of this Weber grill.

I have probably spent thousands of dollars on other grills over the years and finally broke down and purchased this. Although it was almost twice what I spent on any other grill it has so far performed flawlessly. Took about an hour and a half to assemble and sparked it up with no issues. Heats up to temp quickly. Only cooked steaks and a salmon so far and I have to be cautious about how long it cooks especially an the sear station. Cleaning is a snap ,very well designed and can understand why there are no flare ups. Looking forward to the summer grilling season. Thanks Weber.

I received this grill as a Christmas gift from my mother-in-law and couldn't be happier. In the assembly of the grill I could tell it is of quality and made to last. There is a bit of a learning curve with cooking as it provides what seems to be a more efficient heat that is different from other grills. I look forward to using it every single time.

I love cooking outdoors and this grill makes it that much more fun! Lots of surface space for a 3 burner unit. East to install the tank. And easy to clean the tray, where the food and grease fall into...just slides right out! I also got the Weber light, which attaches to the handle. GET THIS! It's so awesome.

I've cooked a lot during the very short time that I've had it and everything has turned out great! The Weber app provides great recipe ideas with recommend grill temps specific to your grill.

Have owned Weber grills for years and love them. My only issue with this grill is that the far left burner does not consistently light with the automatic igniter requiring the use of a match to get it lit.

I bought this grill to replace my 18 year old Gen silver. I loved that grill. My new grill is great. The only 2 complaints I have is that one of the igniters ceramic cover was broken from the factory. It was strange, none of the ceramics were seated and were free floating prior to me putting it together. The only other thing was the propane gauge needs to be adjusted as it doesn't properly register. Other than that, GREAT grill. My father grew up in Oak Park and I in Mt. Prospect. We have been using your product since it was made just about, lol.

Our kids bought this for our Christmas present and I can't believe the difference when compared to other grills we've owned. Couldn't grill in cold weather but not now! Using it almost every day. Grill lid had a small shipping dent but after a quick call to you service department a replace came in 3 days. Now I'm spoiled. Thanks

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
