Spent the last two hours putting this together after opening the previously unopened box. I got to step 27 - attach wires to ignition switch only to find...that there was none. In addition to being disappointed (i had already prepped what was to be my first meal on it) I now have a 3/4 finished grill in my living room with no real place to put it until I find someplace that sells this part. Really really frustrating experience.

My previous Weber Genesis Gold Grill was still going, but the family has been bugging me to get a new one. Always wanted a little bit nicer Weber with the enclosed cabinet. This has a 20% bigger grille than my old one, and it really makes it comfortable to cook multiple meats or bigger cuts without crowding. I love Weber, it's one of the top 5 brands/products in my life. This grille has not disappointed. It rockets to high temps and has great recirculating heat based on the hood design. It feels to me the equivalent of a Boeing 777 or 787; it has great performance, is efficient, and effortless to use. On the down side, I wish the cabinet were a little more tightly designed so dust did not get inside. Because of a snafu, I had to build two of these units, and they are simple and logical to put together and all the parts are of highest quality. Please contact me if you are interested in my 17 year "old" grille that still functions perfectly.

Hello! When opening your lid, it does release heat; therefore, the temperature can drop; however, once you close the cover, it will get back to the desired temperature in no time! Solid grill. Cooks to temperature very well. Middle burner is sometimes difficult to start. That's the only reason it's not a 5-star rating.

Really like this new grill but the ignition protocol doesn't work. Each time I've used it (5 times now) I follow the ignition instructions to open the gas tank slowly, let the gas run for at least 1 minute, and then turn each knob to fully open one at a time, starting with the left one, to ignite. The left flame never ignites until I do the second and then third one. The left flame ignites, it just doesn't light up first like the brochure says it should so I'm at tad confused if this is normal or something that could be more problematic in the future??

Great grill for the price. Heats evenly so all your food cooks thoroughly. Quality parts and design. Like that the tank can hang on the side, which keeps more room in the cabinet to store all your bbq tools.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
