I have always heard that the Weber Grills Were the BEST. I finally decided to give one a try. Weber had one in the copper color that is a perfect match for my deck where all of my scrumptious meals will be cooked.

I have always owned a weber BBQ grill since we got married in 1981. I love my grill very much. There is nothing like a Weber, built like a tank. I now wish I purchased the side table burner with my grill. I and my family love this Genesis!!!

My first ever Weber grill! I always opted for the lesser expensive replace every 4-5 years brands! both of my Son-in-laws have Webers and rave about them. Now I know why! They're so awesome!

First off, I would give the product itself 5*. Love the grill, easy to put together, and so far works terrific. I am however extremely disappointed in Weber customer support, which I give a 0* as I haven't heard back from them at all after a support ticket opened with them on August 11 (3 weeks ago). I received one damaged & defective screw and simply needed a replacement to finish putting the grill together. A simple request. This is what they sent me on August 11: "Your request (1374178) has been received and is being reviewed by our team. We are experiencing higher than normal contacts from our grilling community as many more people are using their grills and enjoying at-home dining. While you may experience longer response times, please know that our highest priority remains supporting our customers and communities. We appreciate your patience and we are dedicated to helping you as quickly as possible." I understand that people contacting them is "higher than normal", but I would not consider a 3 week + turn around in getting back to customers to be acceptable in any industry. I hope I don't have any major problems with the grill.

Larger cooking surface than its predecessor. Heats up quickly. I like the porcelain cooking surface and found it easy to clean.

As this grill is replacing the exact same model i have compared the 2, so several improvements such as control knobs in front instead of on the right side board (this was an extremely poor design) ,the hood rotating at a different angle, and tank mount out from under the cabinet are just a few much appreciated changes! The overall quality of materials and workmanship are not as good as my old grill (approx 12yrs old), with that said i still love this grill!

Cooks great and appears to be made with high quality materials. Love the built in propane tank scale and how easy it is to start the burners. Heats up fast!

The grill works fine. I'm disappointed that I received a couple of damaged panels and am still waiting for the a replacement after two months. I understand a backlog and slow down due to covid. But Weber is obviously still producing new parts. Customers with pre-damaged parts should be first priority over new packaging.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
