Excellent design and great grilling. Too bad the build quality is bit lacking. The BBQ was DOA because of a bad gas regulator. Weber did send a replacement free of charge, but none of my wrenches fit because my car and motorcycle use metric; Weber apparently is SAE (I had to buy wrenches that I will never use outside of replacing bad gas regulators). After researching Weber regulator problems, it appears that the Chinese manufactured regulators create problems that are not so uncommon to Weber BBQs and can be ongoing for the life of the BBQ. Also, I have to move the BBQ in and out of my garage to cook. After about five trips the large wheels are a bit askew--moving a 150 lbs. or so without wheels is going to end my happy grilling days.

The grates are easy to clean compared to the grill that I replaced. The slide out grease tray and the disposable grease collection pans make cleaning easy. The quality is superior to the cheaper throw away grills , you get what you pay for , this grill will last a long time with minimum maintenance.

This is a great grill. Easy to use, much better than the junk I was previously cooking on. The flame control of the burners is great. I assembled this myself, it took a while but instructions were easy to follow. The temperature gauge seems pretty accurate. I have done burgers, fish, and chicken with great results.

Best purchase yet. Couldn't be happier with the quality and consistency I get from Weber. Some will always complain, but it works for me. I want to a reliable and steady cook and this provides this each time. You might think you're paying for the name, but you are always paying for the warranty as I still have a 10 year old Weber that they replaced a couple components on with minimal questions asked.

We have had many grills and very disappointed in them. We love the way it cooks evenly and heats up fast . We love the dark lid it doesn't reflect the sun in your eyes.

Hello, we are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the temperature on your grill. To ensure that you are not inadvertently activating the safety device as you turn on the grill, please use the following procedure: -Turn all burner control knobs to OFF, including the side burner control knob if present. -Make sure the grill lid is open. Open the LP tank valve and then wait at least 60 seconds. This will allow the hose and regulator to pressurize: -Turn the appropriate burner control knob for your model grill to the START/HIGH position and then ignite the grill by pushing the ignition button. -Turn each of the other burner control knobs to high, one at a time, and press the igniter button (if applicable for your model). Repeat this process until all the burners have been lit. -Close the grill lid. -The grill should reach approximately 500 to 550 degrees in 10-15 minutes. If you are still experiencing an issue after going through the following steps please contact our support team for further assistance. Thanks!

Retired my last Weber after 11 years & recently purchased the Genesis II E-315 Gas Grill. I did not need side burners & chose this based on performance and it really does exceed my expectations with performance. Heat zones are quite consistent, top rack is great to finish grilled chicken to temp or a really thick steak. My only regret so far and that is minimal; loved the way I got plate and picture worthy marks with my prior grills stainless steel grate. But still adjusting to the cast iron, so far the grill marks are thicker and not as visually appealing. But really this grill rocks; Thanks Weber!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
