I am not happy that it broke within the first month of use. I called once and the rep walked me through some steps that got it working but it broke again a few days later. I tried the same steps but it didn't work so I called again. That rep couldn't help so he sent a new regulator and hose. It arrived and I was unable to get the original regulator off so I called and that rep said someone would call to schedule a service visit. Although I've still not heard from anyone to book it, and I'm certainly not pleased that a grill that costs this much broke within it's first month of use, I am hoping it can be fixed and I will have no further issues. Honestly, I feel this grill is defective and should be replaced with a new one.

I have had a lot of gas grill over the years and always go back to Weber. You can feel the difference in quality of the components. I am very please with the quality of this grill. t was easy to assemble and a joy to use.

Great grill! Lots of heat for searing. Wish I didn't have to remove grills to rotisserie but that's minor.

3RD BURNER had a delayed ignition. I want to speak with a rep to trouble shoot, but due to long phone wait I emailed my question. Weber sent out new burner tubes right away. Would have liked to chat to see if there was a simpler adjustment to make.

I absolutely LOVE this grill. My wife got it for me for Father's Day and it is definitely the best grill that I've ever had. I love colors and simplicity to it. All the accessories are top notch. If also wasn't that hard to put together. It had a really cool electronic instruction manual option.

Absolutely the best grill I've owned. The cast iron/coated grills retain the heat, that's the reason I chose this grill over the all stainless. The horizontal direction of the burners make it easy to use 1,2 or all 3 and get perfection, with whatever your cooking. Easy to assemble, even easier to use and clean up.

We previously had the 4-burner Genesis II but it was severely damaged in a storm so we placed it with this 3-burner and we find that it heats up faster and cooks faster than the 4-burner. We love it

Very easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. It cooks very well - no issues at all. Do remember to monitor the grease collection pan - it has to be changed regularly.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
