A great grill with expansion options to grow with your needs.
I purchased this to replace a 10 year old version of the same model. The old one still worked as well as they say I bought it but after years of weather it was looking rough. I love Weber Grills. Great quality and the customer service is far above average. I will only buy Webers going forward.
The product was damaged and it doesn't cook food evenly like it should

Hi Noel, thank you for sharing your feedback! We are sorry to hear this. We can see that our support team assisted with your warranty claim. We can't wait for your grill to work as it should. Thanks!
Heats fast and even. Hoping to get more opportunity to use this fall.
Great grill but would prefer stainless steel cooking grates
I've owned many Weber grills over the years. This is by far and away the best. Frankly, my food has never tasted better. Steak, swordfish, veggies are perfect. Hot enough to grill and sear/caramelize the outside of the food yet with enough temp control to cook but keep moist the centers. My regret is that I didn't get this grill earlier — and that I can't justify replacing my other Weber grill at my secind home. I love it!
Have done burgers, steaks, pork chops, pork steaks, fish, potatos, onions and green peppers eveything has turned out better then i have done in the past. The steaks were the best i have ever done in my 50 years of grilling a old dog can learn new tricks

I bought a Genesis II SE-335. When I got it home the outside burners would not light. Wound up bringing it back to ACE. After checking it out, they gave me a new grill. They said it was assembled improperly by Weber. Before loading up the new one, I asked them to make sure it worked. Nope. The wires for the igniter were not connected. I still like the product but be sure the thing works before you take it home.

After years of barbecuing I took the plunge and bought a 4 burner w/sear gen2. I never thought Webers were worth the expense. My only disappointment is, I should've bought one years ago. I don't think they left anything out. It does its job, doesn't destroy your food and is stout. I've read reviews complaining it doesn't cook evenly. How much more even do you need it, its a gas grill, the fun of barbecuing is the in the imperfections. Its not 100% even heat all over, the front seems a little bit cooler, I like that and need that, since not all food, even the same cuts of meat will cook the same. I myself need a place to cycle the meat to. The sear station is excellent. Before using it I had my doubts. Now, like I said, I should've bought one years ago. It works as designed
This grill has a lot to like: • I like that Weber re-oriented the three burners from side-to-side (horizontal) to front-to-back (vertical). This gives me much better hot side/cool side versatility. • I like that they moved the burner controls to the front of the grill, giving me a work area on both sides of the grill. • I like the tank affixed to the outside of the grill, which yields a larger storage area inside the unit. Unfortunately, I don't understand Weber's obsession with cast iron grates. Every time they are cleaned they must be re-oiled or else they rust. I use the grill from March/April through October a minimum of 5 days/week, often twice a day. Clean the grates before use, oil, grill, clean grates after use, oil again. I am going through a ridiculous amount of lubrication; almost three cans of canola oil spray every week. If you own a cast iron pan you know that you never use an abrasive cleanser (steel wool, etc) because it will destroy the "seasoning" you want to build up on the pan. According to Weber, these grates should be cleaned with a grill brush, which removes that natural protective coating and exposes the grates to rust. My previous Genesis grill had stainless steel grates, and after 12 years of heavy use and proper maintenance they were still in great shape. Unfortunately, they don't quite fit in this new grill. I get the cooking appeal of cast iron (heats quickly and evenly, holds a higher temp), but I think the maintenance necessary makes it impractical for these grates. What do the pit bosses do? Folks, I'm open to suggestions…

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
