One of the best grills I've ever owned my first one lasted 20 years and is still very good just felt like it was time for a new one gave my old one to my grandson I got great service from my first Weber and looking for more great service from my second one

Grill is perfect but regulatir instantly failed. The plastic gromet that holds the female coupler in place was not assembled correctly and would not allow the regultor to seat on the propane bottle valve....thus no propane....Had to replace day 1. Called and sent pics and was questioned about what I did and stated that it must be the bottle....nope...it was the regulator. Crappy Chinese crap.

The doors would not fit on the grill. Called Weber & they are sending pins for the doors. Not sure that will work because the doors appear bent. Very disappointed in the quality.

Compared to other grills that I've used, this one by far is the easiest in terms of igniting and heating up. I would really recommend using the Weber Grill app for timers, as this grill heats up super fast!

Grill is awesome, I got 10+ years out of my last Weber, which I cooked many wonderful meal on. so when it came time to replace there was no doubt it would be a Weber. I picked the unassembled grill from a local big box hardware store and had to put together myself. It does take a bit of time, but directions were great and it was not difficult to put together at all. I chose this model for several reasons, color, grill space, temp ( 700 degrees). also has iGrill 3 technology ( which I have not purchased yet) and the collapsible warmer shelf. Model Genesis II 315 Copper Grill is awesome and looks great. It heats up very quickly and maintains a steady even temp for slow smoking ribs, I have already, cooked many meals all of which have been great. From Ribs to Ribeye and blackened some fish. I would highly recommend this Weber product.

My last Weber of the same model was 9 years old. It still worked and was in sufficiently good condition to generate lots of excitement at the church rummage sale! I decided to replace it when the local appliance store had a new copper one in the window. I like the new features including ease of the side mounted tank, the porcelain enamel grates and the flip down rack for hot dogs, etc.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
