This cooks so predictably and well. I used this with my weber kettle, using the baskets to get the coals right up there close to my 1 inch ribeye steaks. I did 6 of these, and I seared them, then used the Genesis II to use indirect heat to finish to 135 degrees. I have grilled vegetables, chicken, burgers. It is getting a lot of use. I still love to use my kettle with charcoal also, so I often use both for groups for different kinds of of foods.

I'd like to give a great rating because the grill cooks well but it came with a faulty propane hose/regulator and the temp gauge fogs up with condensation.

If you are still in need of a replacement be sure to reach out to our support team! We will be happy to assist! As for the condensation in the lid thermometer, you can remove the thermometer from the lid and put it in a cup of dry rice for a day. It's only held on by a wingnut on the inside of the lid. That should help pull the moisture out of the thermometer, but it's not entirely unusual for some condensation to occur. There's a small hole in the back of the thermometer to allow the air inside it to expand. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further questions or need assistance. Absolutely best grill I have ever owned. Cooks meats evenly and maintains tenderness and juicy. Very sturdy and well made grill. Weber app is really helpful. Can't beat 10 year warranty. Great experience!

I like this grill a lot. My only concern so far is that I ran out of gas this weekend grilling burgers with the gauge showing a half of a tank. Is there anyway to calibrate the gauge where the tank hangs?

Wish it had the stainless grated. But the cast ones are still very nice. I had the e-310 before this grill, this one cooks way hotter and way faster for some reason.

love the grill however within 2 weeks of purchase and using it.....the ignitor started clicking every time i turned it on and would NOT STOP!! i called Weber and they actually heard the clicking on the phone and said they would send a new part. they asked for my serial number and model which i gave them. they sent the part quickly.........it was the wrong part for this particular grill. this happened two more times......as of this date i do NOT have the correct part and therefore every time i use the grill i have to then disconnect the ignitor after turning grill on. i now gave the problem to dealer where i purchased and hopefully he will get the right part. otherwise the grill is terrific!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
