Very well made grill. Have 2 Weber charcoal grills, both are several years old but are still in great condition. The Genesis II is easy to use and clean. Easily gets hot enough to sear steaks and bake pizza. Great grill!!
I'm super impressed with my new grill. I haven't had a chance to put it through all its paces as yet but haven't ruined any appetites or dishes yet! Seriously though, burgers, chicken parts, veggies have all been great and really flavorful. I recently looked at the propane level gauge since I had read a review that commented on how fast it used propane. The tank gauge on the side-loaded grill showed full but the gauge that was part of the actual tank was getting toward yellow. I gave the tank a bit of a bobble and sure enough the level went down considerably. So the sensitivity of the reading or the relative accuracy over time was not what I had expected. Not a fatal flaw...who doesn't check the tank regularly anyway, right? The built-in gauge might need some lube or breaking in or whatever. Not a problem. I haven't yet cleaned the tops of the side shelves so I can't yet comment on how the finish will stay nice looking but the rest of the grill is super easy to clean! I really like this grill!
The best grill I've ever had, and I've only had 2. The last was a 17 year old Weber Spirit.
You get what you pay for and this grill is no exception. Quality, reliability, and style. All 5 stars.
By far, the best grill on the market. The overall quality is great and it does just what a grill should do, get very hot, hold the heat and allow for precise temperature control.
This is a great grill. It has an excellent igniter and it heats up to 600 degrees. I put it together using the directions on a video on their website which made it easy. For this reason I can attest that it is well-made with strong materials.
Absolutely love my new 3 burner Weber Genesis II grill. It ignites easily, heats up very quickly, and cooks evenly. During these COVID times when we are doing so much more cooking at home, it is wonderful tool to have. I wouldn't hesitate to buy the exact same grill again.
I bought a Weber grill for the first time & it won't stay lit - customer service is awful

Hello, Congratulations on your new Weber grill! We are sorry to hear about the lighting issues you are experiencing and the disappointment with our support team. We want to help make this right! We have shared your information with our support team, and they will contact you via email shortly to help with this. Thanks!
So this is my first Weber. My father has only bought Weber so I knew the reputation but spent far less on decent grills and never had an issue with food quality etc...Grill always just rusted out. I purchased a new home and my dad got me this grill - even just putting it together I could feel the difference in the material. This thing is heavy and has SOLID parts. I think my favorite part about the cooking is there are no hot and cold spots - everything cooks evenly and I don't have to move the uncooked food towards the back and the more done food to this spot that doesn't cook, etc. I think my only gripe if I wanted to be nitpicky it lighting the grill...I've had other grills that once one burner is lit when you turn the dial for another the flame carries over...this you have to hit the igniter again and again for the 3rd burner. Being the way the grill is made I think the igniter will hold up but seems like a lot of extra button pressing to get it fired up. Other than that perfectly made!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
