Great grill overall, this is my 3rd Genesis - the previous model was my favorite; the burners ran East/West making it MUCH better for rotisserie cooking, the newer models' burners run North/South so it's not very good for using a rotisserie. We grill allot, at least 3-4 times per week, year-round & now the grill is almost 5 years old, only issue was an ignitor, Weber customer service was awesome, all is covered under the 10-year warranty & it's just a 5-minute job. On the newer model you only have to replace the button on the control panel. Only regret I have - wish I had gone with the E series 4 burner Genesis, (per the website) the don't offer it any longer.

I can't believe that my grill is not even 1 year old and I have had to replace the cooking grates and flavorizer bars. Now the igniter needs replacing and it's not an easy replacement from the instructions which are enclosed with the new igniter. Why should I have to spend time replacing parts on a NEW GRILL?!

I purchased this same grill 20 years ago and only replaced the grates once!! I use it 2-3 times per week year round. It was the best purchase I made. I just purchased a new one and that is only because I found it on sale! I cannot say enough about this grill as it beats all others hands down!! I highly recommend this or any other Weber grills!!

Only few models are available, also no conversion kits like other brands offer. Contacted customer service, there is no built to spec options like SST grills, etc

This is a fantastic gas grill! I live in the Northeast U.S. and grill year-round. I also use grill mats to grill all kinds of fish, various meats, and chicken as well. The mats prevent foods like turkey burgers and tender fish such as salmon, swordfish and red snapper from falling into the grill's interior and allow for everything to be cooked to perfection. I have been a Weber gas grill fan for decades and would recommend this model to anyone!

UPDATED MY OLD WEBER GENESIS. SHE WAS 15 YEARS OLD AND STILL GOING STRONG JUST HAD SOME RUST ON THE BOTTOM BY THE WHEELS. LOVE WEBER GRILLS.

This is a beautiful grill! I love it! It cooks well and has met my expectations. There are slight temperature differences across the grate, but you will quickly get to know your grill and it will not be an issue. I have made meals that have impressed time and time again. If you fancy smoke flavor I recommend a smoke tube with pellets in this grill, it works great. Weber's customer service and warranties are second to none! That is why I'm a Weber customer for life. I do own 4 other Weber grills and I love every one of them.

This is my third Weber grill. They work great! This one was for my Florida house. Unfortunately the grates rusted while going up north for several months. When I called customer service, they couldn't have been nicer. They replaced them free of charge, as the grill was under warranty.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
