This is my second Genesis II in a row. The first one lasted me eleven years before replacing the inside and passing it on. The Genesis for me is about equal cooking temperatures no matter what spot you might be cooking on. When you turn to knobs to lower or raise the heat, they actually work and represent the heating temperature your looking for. I want to try the rotiessery this year and buying the small charcoal kettle is a possibility. Get in the game. You don't need much.

Great grill, sturdy, very functional and even heating. Had my last Weber for 14 years. They are rugged and long lasting.

Great grill, well made, my old Weber lasted 25 years. I just wish the side tables were not made of hard-to-keep-clean stainless steel.

The grill itself is built to last and has even cook space. The frame that it sits on is very vulnerable to rust. I have had my grill for approximately 2 years and the castor wheels are falling out due to rust. The grill stays covered when I am not using it.

Hi Sean! We are sorry to see that parts of your grill have developed some corrosion. If your grill is located in a coastal or humid area, or if chlorine is present in your environment, additional maintenance will be needed to keep up the appearance of the exterior steel parts. Below are a couple helpful tips. 1. At the first sign of staining/discoloration/surface rust we would recommend cleaning with stainless steel cleaner. Once cleaned, we recommend using a stainless steel polish to keep it looking its best in-between cleanings. 2. Once a week we would recommend wiping down the grill with a wet towel or rag and then drying completely. 3. We would only recommend covering your grill if you know inclement weather is coming. And please remember that the quicker you get at a stain the easier it will be to clean off. Your grill being under warranty, we encourage you to contact our team at reviews@weberstephen.com to obtain some replacement frame parts. Thanks!

Best grill I have owned. Well made. I would however, not recommend ordering directly from Weber as that was the worse experience I ever had with a purchase.

I love my new Weber grill. I previously had a Weber for almost twenty years so I would not purchase another brand. My new Weber exceeds expectations.

Best grill I've owned yet. Love the Lid to Wheels 10 year warranty, the trusted name and quality. The color is awesome, especially when you're Texas Longhorn fans in the ATX like our family! The design and function are great, and putting it together was a breeze if you follow the instructions. Fired right up after putting it together. Bring on football season!

A little disappointed in the design of my latest Weber grill. Storage cabinet is open at the top back, so rain gets in really easily. Also, burners now run front to back, not right to left, making it more difficult to use partial grill areas. Finally, I miss their old design smoker box, which didn't require soaking wood chips.

This is a great grill! We had a less expensive brand grill for the last 4 years, but it wasn't anywhere near as good as this one. I've wanted a Weber for a while, but the wife was hesitant to spend the money. She finally had it trying to get our old grill to cook right - hot spots, hard to light and then the knobs on the front became so warped from the heat they fell off and we had to use pliers. Now we are both happy grillers!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
