Love our new grill! It was a replacement of the same one from over 10 year's ago! I will only buy Weber grills as they last a long time and are well worth the money with the warranty.

Well-made. Looks like the design team took the task seriously and expect this thing to last. The gauge of the steel and hardware all point to a long lifetime of grilling.

My last weber lasted 20 years. It still was good Just wanted a newer look. I love weber. This grill does flare up more then the other one but I am working with it.

I bought this to replace a previous model Weber Genesis, about a year ago. I was 100% satisfied with my previous Genesis (which was given a family member and is still performing great), so I felt it would be wise to replace it with the new Genesis II. My first disappointment came when I went to add my rotisserie that I kept from my previous Genesis and it wont work with the new model. My next disappointment, was dealing with constant flare ups that get completely out of control and burn your food. The flare ups have happened to me on several occasions, and not just with a high fat meat, but also with lean meats. My final disappointment is with longevity. Like I said earlier I have now had this grill for about a year and the labeling for the grill burners has started to fade away. I keep the grill on a covered porch on the north side of my house. so it is out of the sun and harsh weather, I also keep a cover on it while not in use. If it can't survive in these conditions, I don't see how it will last in the long term, or worst yet if I had it in a sunny area in the weather. I also own a Weber smoker, and have been a long time Weber fan, but this new model Genesis II is disappointing! I am not sure if I will purchase another Weber product in the future.

Awesome grill! However, the side panels should be slightly bigger to hide the propane tank.

The initial purchase, direct from Weber, had two quality defects, blade cuts into the stainless steel on both the left and right side table. Two replacements were sent under warranty. The left side replacement was fine. The right side replacement had the exact same blade cuts in it along the edges of the protective plastic. Really disappointed in the lack of quality and care to resolve this issue.

After years of buying box chain discount versions, finally splurged for a Weber. Solid construction, hood is noticeably thicker, also like the tank mount w/ built in gas level gauge. 1st use was in a 50 degree day when I would normally have to crank up old grill, steamed cooked perfectly under less time, eventually throughout, would highly recommend.

It's been 25 years since I bought my last Weber, so a lot has changed. Love the vertical burners instead of horizontal. Allows for better temperature control. Love the stainless steel, and the new ignitor system.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
