Great product and excellent price. I was a rep for other outdoor cabinetry and I feel we got more features and a better look for half the price. I was worried about potential shipping damage because of the glass doors an stainless top but it was flawless and was easy to put together.

I had placed the order to receive the outdoor cabinets upon doing it I realized it wasn't going to fit in the space that I needed it to go in I called to cancel and the gentleman said that it's gonna be a 20% restocking fee when it was never shipped out or he stated he can knock some money off the price to keep it At this point I did not want to lose all of that money and not receive anything I said I would keep it then the day it was supposed to be delivered I had to take A-day off with no pay and it never showed up in the delivery so when I called to complain about it saying I lost all that money on A-day's pay the guy said we'll just reschedule it and I told them I can't take off of work again and lose more pay. I said i would keep it if he took off my days pay off the price as well. He then stated he could only knock off a hundred dollars more and thats the best he can do i said that is not going to work because i make a lot more money then that in a days pay. He then said fine he is going to refund me my money and take 20 % restocking fee. I told him no way we Argue back in forth. Then he said he would knock off $50 more. I told him that still is not going to work and i also said he was lying because he originally said he cant take more then an additional $100 off. He was very unprofessional and then he said i will refund it again but we are keeping our 20% restocking fee. We then went back and forth yelling and finally i ask to speak to his boss. He said sure hold on i will get him he put me on hold for 5 minutes and then came back and said he will refund my money. Its funny because i knew he was be Sneaky and he did not want me to speak to his boss. Very disappointing

Don't buy for a Kamado Joe! It won't hold the weight. Crash and damaged my grill within 5 minutes of setting it on the shelf even though I was assured it would handle it.

I purchased a 36 inch grill and then I looked for a cabinet that would fit it. I started with a 36 inch cabinet, but that was too small. You need to be careful with your mesmasurements.

I really like these stainless steel cabinets. I built an outside kitchen and I am glad I found the New Age cabinets.

I really like the stainless steel drawers from New Age. I got them in the Grove finish and I am glad I did. It is a very nice finish. I was worried that the cabinets I purchased would be wobbly or poor quality but I was surprised how nice they are for the price.

The item was installed just and plugged in however, the LED lights do not work. Contacted newage and been waiting for a week without any results. They don't know what to do and they have not offered to send a replacement unit. Meanwhile, my crew can't finish putting together kitchen until we hear from newage. The project has been delayed for a week and it's costing me money to wait for a simple decision from newage. After spending over $12,000 on newage products it's very disappointing customer service.

I don't understand how this website can be so bad and how NewAge can be in a place where they are uninterested in customer loyalty. I bought a modular unit expecting to add to it in the future, but the website has a nearly identical listing for two SKUs, and I order the wrong one. Waited the 2 MONTHS for it to arrive to find out it was wrong, offered to pay the difference to correct it but they were utterly unwilling. Congratulations NewAge; you lost a possible long-term customer for a sub-200 dollar mistake.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
