the bar drawer was defective when put everything together. the drawer falls out of the tracts and will not stay in. at first not a bid deal stuff happens. i contacted the company about requesting to just replace the one section. not all 3. all they will do is send me a new tract for the drawer. the problem is the tracts are riveted and they are sending screws to fix the issue. you know the screws are not going to last. when i asked what kind of warranty I have when that fails. they replied i will have no guaranty it fixes it or warranty. so basically I am just going to be stuck with a defective product that was messed up from new. I have never wrote a review before but after being told that i figure i better let people know how they stand behind their product. i am usually a easy going person. stuff happens no big deal just make it right. i don't think they are making it right.

Solid product. My only complaint would be the amount of protective wrapping that you have to take off. Took a couple of hours.

The cabinet pieces fit together beautifully. Good finishes, no dents...easy to assemble. Drawers slide easily and are of high quality construction. Beautiful!

Cabinets are beautiful and well constructed. They went together easily and look great on our patio. We are thrilled with the quality and features offered in this set. The bar cabinet is awesome and we now have a great, thoughtful storage solution! We had a box made to set them on to make them taller (keeps counter surfing dogs away!) and found a really nice countertop to complete the look. Better than what we imagined.

Very high quality and precision in this product. This is my second New Age purchase (also have a complete garage storage and workbench system). Extremely impressed with the workmanship of this product. Went with the Platiumum grill and love it!

So I love the videos online! I have a big green egg and wanted a outdoor setup for it in a corner on my outdoor screened in patio. I called and the first lady I spoke with told me they don't make such a thing... (I was looking at it on their website.) I thanked her and called again. I spoke to a man who found the unit. I asked how much room in the corner will this occupy. He didn't know. The measurements on the website don't tell you the dimension from the back corner of your space to the end of the unit, to indicate how much space the unit will require. So I gave up on the back corner of the patio and moved to underneath my patio roof in the front. My wife wants a beverage center and a griddle. I asked if NewAge makes a griddle, and was told "no". I asked if he knew if any standard 30" griddle (Napoleon, Blaze, Bull, etc...) would fit any of their grill cabinets and he didn't know. I asked if anyone buys their grill cabinets without their grill with the intent to place their own grill inside the cabinet, and of course he didn't know. Strike 3, they are out.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
